From: Joshooah Lovenkraft If you guys find it a pain to deposit lindens into a terminal when shopping on Xstreet, give their remote deposit box a try. It allows you to transfer lindens from your SL account into your Xstreet account from the webpage. You do need to keep it rezzed in world and it is a tad slower than using a terminal but I personally find it handy dandy. This is handy though because if you have a box rezzed in world, you can do direct transfers to your Xstreet account from the webpage without logging into sl.

That was quick Ghosty and I have a new word for naps since our trip, when we would take long ones in the middle of the afternoon, with the balcony door wide open so we could listen to the waves lapping against the ship: "Cruise Snooze". What it now means is, we're going to take more than a cat nap, but less than sleeping for the night  Both of us agreed we hadn't slept that well in years. Anyway - good morning to everone! It's raining pretty heavily here. Trying to get out the door to get to the "other house" to pick up some more of my things (the rain is making it not very appealing), but Ghosty didn't have to be into work until noon today, so no rush. BTW, went over to Zindra yesterday. How disappointing. But I did visit the now infamous stonehenge like phallic object (I keep thinking of the Led Zeppelin album Presence when I say "The Object" and took pictures for the heck of it. Seemed obligatory. This photo was the best of the bunch and not as cheesey as the one of me sitting ON the thing.  /waves to Elora "Cruise Snooze"....I like it! Great pic! I have to get to Zindra to take a look-see. |

I didn't know we could pay the avatar "Exchange Street" -- did you? That would be so much easier (inworld) than running around looking for a terminal! Oh ya I forgot about paying Exchange Street ... it would be nice if you could "friend" them to make the paying process easier if you didn't want to have a remote deposit thing rezzed in-world. I think they will eventually make this whole process more seamless as they work through the integration.
