i also arrived for fireworks AFTER fireworks... :(
but i did get this delightful shot of Mari dancing and singing around her boy friend Johnny (a boy who's a friend, but not a boyfriend)

mmhmmm. Johnny, the boy who's just a friend. :p

I thought the cutoff theme was for tomorrow!

Oh, well. These were taken on the Car Wash sim.

My butt is not that big, by the way.

Geez, I think your butt looks fabulous! :D

And Eli declared Monday to be cutoffs Monday, so you're not late. :)

My apologies for this incredibly mundane topic, compared to all the hot pics, but who was it that recommended the Shark steam mop a while back? Do you still like it? Has it run out of steam so to speak?

https://sharksteammop.com/contents/index.aspx

I'm thinking of ordering one, but I am concerned about not being able to get supplies for it easily or having it falling apart after a month.

Thanks.

That was me an I am still totall in love with it! If you have a wholesale club place near you like BJ's or Costco etc, go there first- its much cheaper than at the website. We paid hmm - less than $60 US for ours and it is really pricey on line and at major retailers. But yes- I am loving the thing! And factor in the $'s you will save on cleaning stuff cause hot water cleans just as well.

...Yay cleaning up dog poop and yard work.
Oh yeah, my favorite way of spending the weekend.....

NOT !!!

We have 2 large dogs (80-90 lbs each), so they can really make a mess of the back yard. We hire out the poop scooping now -- they come weekly and charge $10 and well worth it in my opinion.

Just got back from Mari's fireworks display where I took this unprocessed (other than cropping) snapshot of a strangely familiar spectator.

Man, it was outta sight.

Neat piccie - an ya, you can sure tell who that is! That's like modern art!

Yup! Jes a FRIEND who is a BOY. Not a BOYFRIEND. :-)

Nice piccie, too :-D

Cool :-)

It's always interesting to see what others see at the show. :-)

Thanks to everyone who came by for stopping into Ghosty's exhibit last night! We wound up sticking around a lot later than we anticipated, but that was fine by us. I logged off for a bit, had thought I was done for the night, but then was reminded about Mari's fireworks display at Livingtree, so I had to log back in for that (as if that was such a hardship :p ). Saw Lil and Dances there, although never saw Weston so was very surprised to see that photo of Ghosty show up this morning. Did see 3Ring traipse in late, but I was lagged, and pretty much logging out by then.

@ Mari - as usual, an amazing pyrotechnic display! I always love going over there to see what you guys have cooked up. I think this one may have been one of the best, and it seemed to be the largest crowd I'd seen there in a while. Lots of fun!

@ 3Ring, sorry you didn't get there but he has another 2 scheduled for other galleries; today and Wednesday evening. I'll be at the one today, probably not Wednesday as it's quite late in the night for me now that I'm working again. Feel free to stop into his private gallery at any time tho, the new pix are up there now.

@ Zena - sorry you weren't aware of it. Ghosty, didn't make any formal announcement other than through his grou and the SL event calendar. If you'd like landmarks, give me a buzz inworld and I'll send them off to you :)

@ Treasure - Glad to see you got the photos sorted out, they look fantastic and I'm glad you're able to join us in the group vanities :D

At home! That's the 'front door' so to speak, the approach to the door rather, to my treehouse. That's why the name sign thing is there.

Yay Sunday. Yay Pics. Yay cleaning up dog poop and yard work.

Look at the Bright Side of Dog Poop!

It keeps the neighborhood kids from running through your yard. Just like having a personal mine field. :D

Grrr. Someone made an offer on our favorite house this morning - we were probably going to make one tomorrow. Back to square one. The realtor says that everyone wants to move in the summer, when kids are out of school.

Mine is, but it's ok, I like it like that. Sometimes have to take it down a click or two, to fit into certain outfits, lol.

Hey there!

FYI - Allie and CX are having a 50's sock hop this afternoon from 4-6 SLT

Here's the note I got:

"Break out those Poodle Skirts, Leather Jackets and the Wild Root Hair Cream.

...playing some Golden Oldies Rock and Roll from the Fifties with a few of our regular tunes thrown in for good measure. So be there and don't be a square.

4pm til 6pm SLT Sunday Afternoon

Hop in the '57 Chevy and come on over."
