(although...the name of the hunt bugs me a little...as if it's not the fella himself doing the choosing...)

/me kicks the Forums.

[Edit: Why does it let me write THIS reply, but gives me a broken link 404 error when I try to submit what I *want* to say?! Grrr.]

grrr. I have no idea, but sometimes I put too many "symbols" close to each other, and that gives me that error.

Yay! A hunt I can look forward to.

If it's "makehimover" then the stuff better all be transfer.

Let's face it...*looks at his scruffy pulled-back hair, and the same flannel shirt he's worn for 8 months* ... us guys aren't known for our fashion sense. :D

/me skitters across the delicious breakfast, sampling everything.

Maureen...he's doing it again! Mousie feet all over the breakfast!

Cut it out right now, Rodent, or this time I'll let Ann and Lexxi have you.

/me hands the Mouse to Maureen for safekeeping, and gives him a bite of waffle, with strawberries.

Hey, y'know those Lady Gaga diamond shades? The 500L$ ones, not the rip-offs?

So not just for girls ;)

Good morning threadies.

A sucky day so far. My head is absolutely killing me due to sinuses -- another damn front moving in tonight to take us from the high 80s and low 90s so far this week down to the low-mid 60s for tomorrow.

And I am suppose to fly out on vacation tomorrow -- Canary Islands for a week -- but still have quite a bit of packing to do and yet I want to spend all my time inword saying an extended goodbye to a terrific man that I'll miss terribly cuz I'll only have very very limited internet time there.

I think I'll see if I can wrap stuff up in the office quickly and go home for a headache recovery nap.

/me stops whining and raining on others' parade.

Happy day to all.

Fabulous pics!

I am out of coffee here, I have to resort to some flavored coffee that was given to me at Christmas. Blech!

Linnie - I think it's the " /me " part that caused the problem...

Good day Skell. I think I have those hidden in my inventory somewhere, will have to rummage through and take a look. They do look rather gender neutral now that I see them again. Flashy, indeed, but not particularly feminine. Love the shirt too.

Sorry you're not feeling well Lil but concentrate on that fab vacation tomorrow! Canary Islands, OMG how amazing!

Complain all you want to here, go home early, take a bunch of Tylenol, or whatever is your best headache remedy (maybe some hot compresses too since it's sinus related?) and hopefully you'll be better later on so you can spend some time inworld for your farewells ;)

The Canaries are rather windy at this time of the year so make sure you pack appropriately, Lil. Take as much booze in as you can because I seem to remember it being relatively expensive - it has to be shipped in.

Thanks for the sort of invite for Denver. After my previous experience, though, I have decided entertaining Threadites is a bad idea - once bitten, twice shy.

Pep (Boulder buddies from inworld were a completely different story though! :D )

Besides mundane RL things - I simply must spend some more time shopping!!!

Beautiful, Amara. :)

Hey! That's the cabin of the Nereide flying submarine, isn't it?

I almost bought one of those. How do y'all like it?

That shirt looks great on you Skell.

I tried shopping at Aoharu once. But all the shirts looked like they had too much chest shading in the display pictures. I thought it looked more like bewbs than pecs.

I did buy the Aoharu dark green parka though. That worked great for skiing/snowboarding this last winter.

But Lin...that just means more for me, right? :D

Want it? No? Ok...your loss, my gain.
