There is SL and there is RL. Besides, it has never been "just sex" for me. I am opening up and giving a piece of myself to another. I can't do that here knowing I will probably never be back. So I drink afew beers at the pub. Watch hockey with the guys at the bar (#$@%in' Stars) and flirt with the waitress who flirts back because I tip well. That's about it.

SL is different. I know I will see you again. Even if it is only here in this thread. W can touch each other hearts and minds and I know that tomorrow we can do the same again. There will always be another tomorrow. And you will always be able to feel me in the same way again.

re: Alpha skirt glitch...fun for the guys, not so much fun when I have to forgo certain parts of my clothing for my tattoos and get sent incriminating blackmail pics....no skirts for me for a while lol.

re: sexual harrassment. It has become a thing at work... our place is mostly male, so it is bound to happen. none of us mind, we play along... touching is a BIG no, but comments and innuendos, fine. All this was fab, until it started affecting the actual work. our engineering manager is female, and the engineers do not respect her or listen to her because of the comments etc. This was sorted out at a meeting and all was fine....everything returned to how it was, but the guys knew she was boss.
Then we got a wierd new guy start. he paid this woman too much attention by far. but he made one comment, when he was giving her a lift home, that she had to report because it creeped her out so much. The guy was fired.
Normally I think it is all a bit of exaggeration, but what this guys said was just way to far, and I was on the woman's side.
Thankfully, it hasn't affected the banter so things at work are still just as fun.

i wonder if there are duct tape outfits in SL....

If 1 in 3 people are insane, and me, and both of my best friends are insane...there must be a trio of perfectly sane people hanging out nearby....how boring

My preference: Milk chocolate is for pigging out or if I have a sweet tooth. Dark for indulgence, or if I need to limit the amount I eat. I can't eat a lot of dark chocolate. White chocolate reminds me of being a kid, so I have that when im feeling childish.
Of course, Caramacs are fabulous anytime. And If I am playing with chocolate, anything goes lol.

No problem - It isn't as if I went around screaming it to the world. Very few were specifically told and a few others only figured it out from inworld comments I made. I've no regrets - it was good while it lasted and it ended honestly and friendly.
