Have you and Spike set the date yet?  i can tune out any annoyance. i just no longer know it's there. this can sometimes be a problem in my profession, but it's also a savior. dbl edged sword kind of thing.

The other one was a Resident volunteer.

I had a wierd message on my answering machine today. It said it was H & R Block calling to confirm my Tax appointment. The only thing is, i didn't make an appointment, I have my own accountant and did my taxes already. They mentioned me by name, which is odd since I have an unlisted number, and have never done business with them. I wonder if this is a phone phishing expedition.

Same happened to me last year when I downgraded. No land or donated tier and I got hit for the same charge. I submitted 2 tickets, but never got a satisfactory answer, or my 5 bucks back. i cancelled soon after anyway, and when I reinstated I didn't bother persuing it.
