If you go through a local bank with good partners, you can still find some that have money to lend. I haven't checked rates this week, but if you have good credit, you should be able to find a good rate as well. It depends on what your current financing situation is and whether you need to pull equity right now.

don't need equity. jsut want to reduce my payment since so much has been paid down since we built.

So I rode the motorcycle (her name is Gracie) to work last night. Just guess how much it costs to fill up the tank.... go on... yeah, $9.21 to fill it up, and that should last roughly 170 miles. And golly is it FUN! :)

Hey, I mentioned this inworld LATE last night, but did you do the AWESOME pumpkin hunt at CM Designs? There are 10 pumpkins in the store, and each one has a really really good item like...a shower...a kitchen set...a furnished house....gaa...I am blanking on the others. And all the furniture is, um...fully loaded. :D

I don't have the slurl with me, but someone prolly could get it for us (Claire!!! I see you are inworld...) One of the owners is Corrin Maitland.

AND (since I loves me Halloween-y stuff), after you open the packages, you still get to keep the cool glowy jack-o-lanterns the stuff came in!

WANT! jsut the sounds of it makes my pumpkin hunt seem....well, lame.

so where does the Trout actually start- cause I do understand that and it is gross and my ears and eyes are bleeding and I do not like to be subjected to that sort of language- link to the actual Trout contributions please- if not don't worry worr about- that just sort of reinforced why I don't bother with over there.

I take it all back- i can deal with the garbage once it has been Trouted :) god that is wonderful- good thing Mo gave me hand in finding hammocks tonight- I will be stringing up hammocks of desire over two castles i think :)
