*yawn* Good morning everyone! Good news: since yesterday was my first accident ever with my car insurance company of 15 years, they're not going to raise my rates. On the other hand I'm still waiting for an estimate on getting the old car repaired... if it ends up being too much I'll probably get a new car. I'm thinking:

CX, thanks for the offer but I already did diesel Mercedes. Never again. Took ages for the glow plugs to heat up, and that was on a 1976. Yours looks older yet! I was thinking about:

Thanks I will takea look - more out of curiosity than anything as they would have to be pretty phenom to tempt me away from what I already have which includes the PSD files to alter them.

The salesman asked if I wanted a test drive, but I declined. He asked me how many miles I had on the Escape, how long I planned on keeping it, etc. I felt my knees getting week.

But I love my little SUV. Winter wil soon be here, and a Mustang would not do well on the hills where I live in the snow. But a girl can dream.......*sigh*

I almost bought one in April. Learned it was premium gas. Bought an Altima instead.

A while back, I used to spend a good portion of my summer in Heidelberg (for work). One summer, I had an Audi A4. That car moved like the wind. So smooth. And speedin..um...driving on the autobahn...wow.

I thought that there was no speedlimit on the autobahn?

My brother had a Mini. Ran perfectly. Took it in for something or other, one of those inspection things. Learned it had some problem that would require spending more money to fix than buying a new car. So he bought . . um . . . maybe an Audi.

drives like an Audi (cuz it is one, sort of) but costs much less - and is 4wd for those snowbound folks. white is easiest to keep clean. ;)
