Good Morning Threadites :)

Glorious morning I am sleep walking- I find the day is so much more pleasant that way- work can't interfere with my reality this way.

Last night on Walkabout in SL- I commented SL is performance art at its highest- it holds wonders and amazements at every turn. I will share a few pix from last night and I will try to control my enthusiasm so as not to over tax the graphics. These are shots from two fantastic places- one is AM Radio's The Quiet, which I know many of you have been fortunate enough to see already. The other I had not heard of and only stumbled across it while exploring The Quiet- It is called, I believe- Ephemeral. Folks- nothing I can say or show you here will do it justice- the visuals, the sounds- a feast for the senses-

Me loves trains. In fact I just put up a new desktop:

Since it is more expensive to keep my little SUV filled up wit gas, I've been riding the rails a lot. That is the train that I catch for most of my journeys.

So is mine. I just prefer the chicken.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

That is a really cool pic, Kaimi. Beautiful. I love the train ride down the coast. Or up the coast. Or anywhere. I love trains! Had several uncles who worked for train companies in the Northeast and I got to ride the rails with them a lot when I was little. :)

Awesome, I'm jealous.

If you ever get the chance try the train ride thru Copper Canyon in Northwestern Mexico. We did that trip back in 2005. It was a blast. The train trip goes from sea level to 8,000 ft with 86 tunnels and 38 bridges.

But the third job, some call it, uh, "the show" or "the big dance," it's the profession that every linden aspires to.

I was surprised by how pleasant it was, even though took a long time to get there.

I'm pretty sure that's the trip my #3 grandchild took recently with his mom and her parents. They had awesome pictures too. I'd love to go there.
