I'm an alt. Well, more of a restart than an alt, but main is still there. Was her even last night, though just to get prims. Ended up not needing to log in as main for that. First time in more than a month, I think, though, that main logged in. Main hasn't been a regular visitor to SL since July of 2007.

I stayed home feeling bleh today. I was going to catch up on all the posts I missed but Amara and Trout started talking about mixing some nasty combinations with with even nastier booze .... and my stomach is in no shape to even read that.

So I'll start with this page. Ann looks amazing as always even when she is not a kitty.

I'm an alt too. It turns out I registered an avatar about a year before I actually tried SL. Somebody spammed her, I got a surprise email notification, and logged in. There she was, on OI. She's stayed there ever since, decidedly not helping out the noobs. I hear that the OI's are gone. I wonder where she is now?

Why don't you log in on her account and see? Aren't you at least a LITTLE curious as to what's become of you? And what you've been doing all this time behind your back?

I happen to like my main tyvm. She clothes me and gives me money, and sometimes she even lets me out of my box to play with the other kids. No overthrowing of the mains, or I'll be all alone

@Holloween: It is a BIG deal in SL apparently. Last year we were still having Maintenance Wednesdays, which sometimes resulted in the grid being down from anywhere from 3 to 10 hours, and Halloween was on a Wednesday. At first LL said it would be business as usual, but the ensuing outcry from the masses persuaded The Providers to reschedule the work for another day.

The Cartel Holloween Party was the first formal affair, we had been having casual Friday Afternoon dances before that. It was a 12 hour marathon, with hourly cash giveaways and I think 5 different DJ's some from our ranks such as Oryx and Mal, who did especialy great job along with some hired guns, who wound up having such a good time and making so much in tips they waived their fees.

I had the honor of hosting the bash, I was there all 12 hours, I felt like Jerry Lewis at the end. Chris and I footed the bill for the prizes and a good time was had by all.I remember Annie's green witch, and it was also the debut of Cee's Old Lady if I remember correctly.

I can't wait for this years bash!
