From: Oryx Tempel Will someone please smack my fingers if they get near the keyboard? I have this terrible urge to post a snarky reply to "What Do you think is acceptable...?"
gah. Just avoid it. Unnecessary drama thread started for the purpose of creating more unnecessary drama. All you do by posting a snarky response is perpetuate the drama, which is exactly what the poster wanted by making the thread in the first place. Edit: Oh Screw. Say whatever you want. I was unable to follow my own advice. I give up on me. I'm hopeless.

From: Tod69 Talamasca HEH! I had an interesting weekend. If you're 5'6" 39 yr old male, hopped up on percs/uppers/downers and lots of alcohol, with a 'just operated on' foot in a cast, walking on crutches... don't pick a fight with the SOBER 5'1" 98lb 39 yr old male who's in perfect shape at a college graduation party. FYI: I didnt get to slug the guy. It was close tho. SO close! But I decided to be more civilized and just walk away. Had he started to stand up, yea, then he'd be laying down. Besides, the party-goers had had enough of his asking women if they wanted to see his penis. Such a class act!! And I'm sure his 8yr old daughter enjoyed her dad's antics. She was also one reason I didnt want club him with his own crutches. No sense in traumatising the kid. Wait, so which one were you?

Good afternoon (barely), Threadlets! I had an absolutely wonderful time in world last night. LittleMe and Maureen found new toeshoes at J's, and some freebie jewelry, so in between saying hello to my partner Que (just back from a European vacation) and ice skating at the Hangout I got in some speed shopping. In the same time frame I played Collider Death with Brann, welcomed a new tenant to Lebettu, bantered with Trout and Malachi and the Cartel Gang and did a fun (and VERY well paid, thank you Oryx dear) striptease on the Hangout Bar. Didn't get to bed until 3am local time, and I've been dragging through the day...but oh, it was worth it. Who says there's nothing to do in Second Life?

Did anyone tidy up the Hangout again? It was still snowing when I left. I don't suppose the ice rink is meant to be a permanent installation

I found out the other day going through my landmarks that my favorite ice rink is now gone, finito, land for sale. Bummer.

From: Amaranthim Talon Speaks the voice of reason - why weren't u there at 3 in the morning? I needed a good smack myself then. Because the voice of reason needs sleep. Or at least the voice of reason is broke (again) and needs his job, so he can't afford to show up to work all groggy. Lindal: It was a great night last night, wasn't it? It was especially good to see Mal, who I haven't seen in ages, as well as seeing you, Oryx, and all the others at the hangout. I got to meet a lot of the SLU'ers as well over at the PMG Cafe, and that was an absolute blast. Good times. I think I'll log in again tonight.

Guys- lost a few pages back I asked about Vamperous- does any one have a one on one friendship with him and if so check if he is ok? Haven't seen him for a month - liked having him around.

Oh, that's Cybin. He rarely comes around. Posted in here once or twice. Good guy and very fair minded.
All the resmods get pms/emails from abuse reports, even the inactives. Likely he had a minute and was clearing a couple out to help.

hello there i don't really have the kind of time i used to, to moderate.. with that in mind, i tend to notify the Lindens of questionable threads more than act on them (i feel my skills may be a bit rusty). i've been coming around a bit more often again lately (as in, more than never) just to see what everyone is up to.. more as a forum-ite, less as a ResMod.. but if i see something that is clear-cut as to it needing action and i feel confident in the action to be taken.. then sure, i'll go ahead and moderate to the best of my abilities. and Maureen.. sorry, wish i knew an answer about Vamp.. but i don't know who they are.. nor am i currently in-world. good luck though!
