I teleported to a parcel for sale and when I arrived I saw a yellow-white full bright sphere a little off the ground with some sort of halo effect surrounding it.
I don't ever want to see that again. _____________________

Suppose you could have extended mute options that would mute any combination of chat, give inventory, or rendering of owned objects. Anyone from libSL or the open source project know if it's possible? |

Huge prims, because they save on prim count and are well adapted to this purpose. |

i dont think they are actualy used to sell stuff hehe they are getting crazier and crazier I think they are being used as a way to pressure people near them into buying the land for one thing all those spinning things = 97987989 rotation scripts causing lag and then is the fugly factor so if you live there and want to stay you have to buy it. Its the only motivation I can see to slicing land and doing that with spinning things cause no they dont actually sell anything I would not think?
Maybe they do? but I somehow doubt it.. |

If I could do that to the person who made batman loud and annoying it would empty 90% of my mute list. what is needed More is Sim like Privateers atoll or those others where you tp and say Wow!!! in real. |

I want to see more nature and historical artifacts, museums and art galleries, basically things that show off the cool things that people can create in SL to interpret the natural world. A real working old-fashioned type farm with nifty prim farm animals would be awesome too. Just hold the slaughterhouse - I don't wanna see that. Speaking of farms, I never want to see blinging zombie camper farms or spinning ad farms again. Okay I guess that's more than one thing on both sides. _____________________

RL businesses could include architectural model making; conference centers; international event planning; info centers (like for Olympics); charity events; education degrees online; CGI modeling for film; modeling for prototypes...lots of stuff. |

I just built a sword, and I'm pretty proud of it. It's not the best sword I've ever seen in Second Life, but it's all mine ^_^;
I love seeing awesome builds, myself. Going into a sim, and seeing how the owner has simply transformed it into something unbelievable. I'm blown away by how talented some people are in this regard. |

About those adfarms. Search in world for Arbor Project.
Or here's the link: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Pero/186/147/107 One of the things you can do to fight these ridiculous adfarms is to place an arbor project probe on all your land. Known adfarm cutters are then banned from your property. Click on the Clocktower Network sign to get your folder containing the probes. Maybe when they get tired of bouncing off banlines they'll get a clue. |

I'm tempted to buy them to make them go away, but then I'd be validating that fool's efforts. The land I own is good and I'm able to build in a manner that makes it so I don't have to see that stuff, but still!! What to do what to do!! _____________________

I'm tempted to buy them to make them go away, but then I'd be validating that fool's efforts. Don't buy them - as someone else said, they're just extortion; instead build a nice wall with pretty textures on your side (IM me in-world if you want some free landscape textures). And, as Atashi said, PLEASE join the Arbor Project. They (we) are dedicated to trying to remove the visual pollution of Ad Farms from the MainLand. _____________________
