Yeah, voice won't lag the grid.... sure thing. From: The Blog Operations reports all services are fully restored. If your in world L$ balance is incorrect or stalled at “Loading…” a quick relog should fix it. Thank you for your patience this evening, and we apologize for the inconvenience. I relogged 5 times now, still "Loading". Can't upload textures. Friend list won't work. Scripts misbehave (llSetText not working etc.). Looks like all services are fully borked, nothing is restored here. Goodbye being productive today, goodbye weekend sales. But I only pay them a mere $1200 each month for classifieds and tier, how could I possibly expect a stable service?

Seems there's a Telekom problem, in addition to the borked grid. It also affects other German ISPs that rent DSL lines from the Telekom (pretty much all of them except for Arcor). Alyx posted a solution earlier that worked fine for me: From: Alyx Sands Yes, it's probably not the Lindens' fault at all, I have been sending messages back and forth with Warren Linden on support and he also supsects provider probs. It's sucky German Telecom again. Just use differnet DNS servers than the ones autamatically assigned to you and it should work. Try these: 194.25.2.129 and 194.25.2.130 if you have a DSL connection by German telecom (but via 1&1). You might not be able to reach your router then, but you should be able to log onto SL until the usual DNS servers have got themselves sorted out. Only helps you to log in though, once you're inworld the bugs attack.

Its more then a location problem it seems. Because other issues within Sl is really causing problems. TP, search, etc. all are failing bad!

If you use Windows XP, open "Start --> Einstellungen --> Netzwerkverbindungen". Right-click your Internet connection and select "Eigenschaften". In the tab "Netzwerk", highlight the TCP/IP protocol and click "Eigenschaften". Activate "Folgende DNS-Serveradressen verwenden" and enter the following addresses:
Bevorzugter DNS-Server: 194.25.2.129
Alternativer DNS-Server: 194.25.2.130
You'll have to disconnect and re-connect afterwards.

Not fixed enough, apparently. I received a blue box issuing an "all clear" message around 1:30 am SLT, and it instructed me to relog to clear up any remaining issues. After finishing some land clean-up, I tried to work on my group, but it was inaccessible. So I went to relog, and... "Login failed." Three time, different locations, same thing. Tried once more with an alt, and it didn't get the fail message, but it didn't connect either. Just sat there trying to log on for maybe five minutes before I quit. Tried one more time with my main, and it failed again. Oh well, back to the Harry Potter book I guess.  |

Also the map doesn't work, and my favorite shop for scanners is now in an Unknown Region according to Search.
Fortunately, my shoes are on my feet *knock on wood*. To you they are ... maybe not to everyone else!! *edit* wait it doesn't matter about everyone else they can't see you anyway LOL

Yep, still Login Failed although the login screen says it's Online, parts of the website still down (including of course the Support portal!) and a status message that SL is Offline ... but nothing at all on the blog since the "Resolved" post.
Guys, the last one out the door is supposed to switch off the LIGHTS, that's all!
