Maybe you could use your finely tuned, expert and professional CS skillz and find that from, yet again, one of the several other posts in this thread.

Please find me the post where I said otherwise..

My finely tuned CS "skillz" (did you mean skills?) don't even come close to relating to technical problems :) What I'm saying is that a problem exists..........and it is not on the user's end. It's somewhere between LL and the end user (that means you and me......if that escapes you). We are not getting straight answers. We are being treated like mushrooms (I'm sure you've heard that old statement " kept in the dark and fed bullsh**";). If, as I suspect, the problem is in the delivery method (the internet) then LL needs to own up that fact............they cannot fix it. Don't feed us crap about "we are aware of the problem are working to resolve it". They cannot resolve it........quit the damned lying about it. And that is where my "finely tuned CS skillz" come in play. Never, ever lie to your customers..........NEVER.

And as for where you ever said otherwise about the problem needing to be addressed. I don't think you ever did..........but, you are excusing it by offering up "reasons" why it exists. You are assuming LL's role........but you are not in anyway official (unless you are a Linden in disguise). I want to hear someone with the real expertise explain why we have so much packet loss. And how it is going to be addressed. If it can't be fixed..........own up to that fact.

Not complicated at all. I'm tired of BS. Tell me the truth. Not too much to ask for someone paying real money for this experience.
