They sell Katanas and other weapons that are scripted to fight (make sure that they are Samurai Island equipped) and have an arena to battle. But there aren't any place where you can steal or pillage (unless you're LIB SL). lol
Also, check groups. I'm sure there are some folks out there that have organized a war games kinda thing. There are even damage enabled SIMs to role play.
