That was it? That was the attack??? so lame! It started out with a bang. It really seemed to have potential. In the end it just slowed down the sim some (that could have been normal SL slowdown though for a weekend) and it was cleaned up fast. Those guys are gonna have to work harder to get LL's attention. _____________________

LOL. From reading the comments and stuff in the Herald by him he really does sound like a nice guy. It is hard to get my head around the whole "We are going to destroy LL" statements when you got the guy apologizing for accidently spamming the wrong people.

LOL what a pointless video. When you can't understand WTF the dissenters are saying their point kinda gets lost, yes? That is what makes them cooler then the rest. Nobody knows what the hell they are doing or why. You can apply anything you want to the cause.. I say they are griefing in protest of lowered stipends. BTW.. attack already over. I'd logged in a couple of minutes ago, just to see the new griefer attack; I was going to take a snapshot of the boxes and play some Photoshop games. But just as I was setting up my photo, the boxes all immediately vanished!
If you ask me, Dissent is clearly upset over Linden Lab's blatant inconsideration, doing things like clearing up the spam boxes before I could even take a picture!!! We should not tolerate this rudeness! Dissent! On the other hand, I felt kind of bad for a second - somebody else in the sim IM'd me before the boxes distappeared, saying "I hope all of this is not your doing". I didn't even do anything and I felt all guilty. |

My robot (alt) was down at Orientation Island the other day when cubes like that started appearing. The robot clicked on one to find its details but the alarming thing was that it was attributed to OUR group! It had an owner and creator, both the same person, but they were listed as belonging to OUR land group, which is closed entry and has just me and the robot as members. Scary!
