There is also a script that not only does not delete itself, it actively alternates between two special invisiprim textures, and takes pains to synchronize itself to all other copies of the script [by syncronizing to the system clock].

Then again, this script is intended to hide avitars, not just the prim it is itself in.

If all you want is an invisible wall, please take care to not use the invisiprim avitar-hiding script. It would be too laggy for a simple wall.

Well, yeah, right tools for the job and all that.

I really want to thank Dana for coming into this discussion with me.

thx :) You know I had to..
I found out the car was menu driven, so i shut off the headlights and shut down the engine for ya ;) A little less annoying anyway...
Haven't had any luck with the other crap tho, I'm afraid.
You got rolled up too? hehe... annoying is too easy of a word.

It appears I have to report his type of thing as abuse - with name of abuser - perhaps any of you who have had to do this type of thing (complain about land/property/noise abatement) in Real Life will appreciate my reluctance to do so here. I really hate to erect a wall - which is a "band-aid" solution to something that needs a stringent policy. I will continue to make my voice heard over this because I consider that fully-paid members should have rights over peolpe who simply log in for a visit and junk up the place. Ah well, wish me luck with a complaint about "FizzOgg" and "KMA2006" (not SL names) and other "likely lads" from the Real World. I will not give up!! Thanks to Dana who is the kind of neighbour we could all use in Real or SL. Jig (or as some people call me - Juggins! (lol)

Another thing you can do to prevent this, if you neighbor does not set autoreturn on his land, is to rez enough prims on your neighbors land to use up its prim quota. So no one else can rezz more there. Make your prims small, and unobtrusive, so they dont creat an eyesore themselves.

Out of courtesy to your neighbor send him an IM explaining you did this to keep his land from being junked up, and he can return your prims anytime he makes it back into SL.
