My land doesn't have any adult content on it but if I choose to occasionally sunbathe naked on my roof terrace would that mean I need to register? By sunbathing naked, I imagine you become the adult content, so I am going to venture a guess that the answer is yes. _____________________

Here's a different perspective, from a well-known source, the MPAA, which assigns ratings to movies: The more mature themes in some PG-rated motion pictures ... may be some profanity and some depictions of violence or brief nudity. A PG-13 motion picture may go beyond the PG rating in theme, violence, nudity, sensuality, language, adult activities, or other elements, but does not reach the restricted R category....More than brief nudity will require at least a PG-13 rating, but such nudity in a PG-13 rated motion picture generally will not be sexually oriented. An R-rated motion picture may include adult themes, ..., sexually-oriented nudity, .... Children under 17 are not allowed to attend R-rated motion pictures unaccompanied by a parent or adult guardian. I have an outhouse at my place and when I use it I obviously have to pull my underwear down. I guess some might consider this to be explicit sexual activity depending on their particular perversions but my question is if I am using my outhouse on my unflagged land and some degenerate comes by and takes a picture and ARs me will I be banned for life for not choosing to some submit my personal details to identity thieves?
