Remember most of us are anonymous to each other.

If someone ever fraudulently takes your money and tries to immediately cash out, at least you have a few business days to contact the service provider...
I agree and that's always been my understanding of the delay.

Maybe this is why the process credit page is suspiciously void. Give them some time to catch up on backlog paypal etc, and excuse it on some web server burp :D
