Speaking of deviants... has anyone else seen THIS little gem on SLX?

http://uncensored.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=725497

I know that we have no "expectation of privacy" in SL (or so many say) but this is taking it to new heights. Imagine someone using this and wandering around a PG sim getting their chuckles with no one else any wiser...

Oh damn! I didn't think anybody knew about that!

That is why people think Furries are perverted. It has nothing to do with the fur.. it is all about the tail. :D

/disclaimer: Mac loves the furries. Mac is not committing fursecuction.
Mac has a alt that has been a male neko more often then not. Mac likes to make jokes, but is always well intentioned. Please do not AR Mac for the Furry joke, it was not hate speech or trolling.

Well, at least furries must get a lot of tail.

In a way, but one has to see everything in the context of the SL world.
It could be that there's no point in eating, dancing, building or doing anything at all in SL. Probably a lot of people think like that but they are unlikely to be the type who uses virtual worlds.

I've heard of model railway enthusiasts who have timetables for their trains, people who pay thousands of £, $ or whatever for first edition books. There are magazines about the lives of characters in TV soaps........I think I'll just go to a sandbox and make a line of plywood boxes to kick!

Yeah, and those that look at chicks photo on a bit of glossypaper in a porn magazine and go "WOW that chicks HOT!"

But theres a difference there- One is a photograph of a real person. One never existed. It's like saying cartoons are real.

Ok, odds are the chick in the photo doesnt look like that either. ;)

I often wonder how far humanity has sunk when it comes to people getting their 'jollies' out of cartoons on a computer screen.

Well, you are getting some satisfaction from cartoons on a somputer screen, as a second life resident, so you must be able to answer yourself.

Many people think you have a sad social life when you are a resident of SL, even without nudie pics :-)

To wrap it up: My social life is pretty good, and I have a wonderful RL relationship. Digital porn as well as nude SL avatars can be hot to see though. Hell, even a porn DVD seems to exist of only pixels. How about that!

All the picture does is prepare your mind for what is to come. That is where the fun is really made, and in there it can be very real.

BTW...have we discussed perverts in this thread. And is there a difference between a deviant and a pervert?

Just the spelling. Oh, and the fact that "pervert" sounds better in a New York accent.

Poyvoyt. Something like that.

This evening, Brenda, you will be pinning your colours to the Croatian mast as they take on Turkey.

Yesterday's game was thrilling and entertaining. I will concede that there are occasional tedious and boring matches, but in the event that happens, the Herzog propaganda machine will be cranked up to full-spin mode.

Anyway, football has no place in the litany of perversion found in this thread.

Turks and Croats? Hmmmm, if I put these games into some sort of historical context I may be able to get through all this.

Mmzzz since I belong in both categories I could not tell you the difference if there was one.

Stands to reason really if you think about it - dragons are experts at hoarding piles of gold ;)

The accountants WORK for those that hoard gold - and suggest better places to pile the stuff than in some lair. After all, you want your hoard to work for you, not you work for your hoard. (And any Attila the Huns - the same is true for hordes, but you need a management consultant.)

Now the mini-dragons tend to be lawyers. You can accumulate a small hoard by only billing 6,000 hours a year. Convergence: Attila would have made a great lawyer.

Finally, seriously, I expect that what is said in the SL panel to be make believe in many cases, although that isn't where I 'play' (acoustic music in SL is where it is). OTOH, when someone fills the RL panel with deliberately misleading info, fishing for suckers, then, yes, I think they are lying. OTOOH, by now most of us know better than to believe any RL panel that sounds too optimal, meaning if you don't see warts and all, it is likely to be a lie.

Some of MY best friends are EXPENSIVE virtual hookers! :p

I can understand - a great group to know if you need to borrow money. What point is there in knowing ugy avatars sitting on camp chairs?

A deviant uses a feather duster in an unconventional way.

A pervert uses the whole chicken.

Or abuses the chicken. But we don't have to get into semantics here ;)

Deviants I think of in well-cut suits or silk dresses, drinking expensive mixed cocktails and throwing cash around like it meant nothing. With a slightly bemused expression on their face.

Perverts I imagine in dirty clothing, in a basement, in front of computer, with nary a penny left in their bank account, if they even have one. Perhaps they are drinking a can of beer. And they look sad and frightened that the FBI might come breaking down the door any moment.

/me is afraid most of SL fits in the second category

/me runs and hides!

I have a fairly decent number of folks on my contact list who will testify that you have described my ava to a TEE. Thank you! :D
