I wonder if anyone here knows the answer to these:

1) The system lists Stipends as a "sink" for L$123500. How can stipends be a sink?

2) On the month to date, upload fees are listed as a sink fro L$11065021, but the lowest upload fee is L$10 so where did the L$1 come from?

Maybe that was stipends that went into moribund accounts? Don't know.

When folks register, if the registration fails for some reason (say an invalid credit card), there is a transaction that "takes back" the L$250 that we started giving them.

Due to a quirk of how the registration process works, a small amount of new user stipends wind up being destroyed in some cases, hence acting as a sink. At some point that process will likely be streamlined and we'll have zero stipend sinks.

Maybe their reporting feature/method takes into account the removal of their liabilities/costs in association for the upload (bandwidth, storage etc)...
