login failed. unable to connect to a simulator

Ok, restarted my pc, cleared my cache, restarted my router and modem, eaten some cheese, thrown some butter sporks at the sl servers and still nothing v.v this is getting annoying now

Hmm, Tony Soprano is out of work now , wonder if he is willing to take a contract and whack a server? I have reset everything on my end and sit using foul language at my monitor and it did nothing wrong. I could always go look for porn but just feels wrong this early .

No, I am not in Munford TX.. I live in Arkansas :) The sims (regions) are split between the two collocation facilities, in TX and in Cali. I checked Sim Neighbors a couple of days ago and it listed Munford as being in the TX collocation facility.

Well tried to change my location and connect to that sim and still nothing but the same message Login failed. Unable to connect to simulator.

i am just real curious if linden labs knows that there is a problem sure there is 31 thousand people in game but what about the few that cant get in. none of there numbers seem to work for me either. i never had this kind of issue before and i been trying to log in for the last ermmm 3 hours?>

Well it is only 7 am so right now if we are lucky they are arriving and turning things on, probally firing up the office coffee pot. getting settled in, reviewing the nights logs, talking about future upgrades to our gaming Experiance. SO another hour or so they might reconize there is a issue, but then again they may not see it as pressing yet either with 30k online

i tried my alts..resetting routers.. tried 2 computers..and restarted my computers..changed password.. and here i am sitting in the beta grid with nothing to do.. going on 3 hours or more waiting.

Well this is complete BS. I have been trying for 2 hours to login to random regions and get that Cannot Connect To A Simulator. I have cleared cache, rebooted router and cablemodem and computer. Nothing seems to work. I have a project I am working on and have a deadline and this is totally unacceptable. Shows 34000 people online now.

Im in Tampa, Florida USA btw.

grrr..... cant' log in *sighs* If I hadn't already cashed out, teired down to the free amount, and stoped buying lindens I would now. I guess I might as well cancel my primium acount now to. Only 4 weeks till it runs out anyway.

Well I have tried everything imaginable to get in... doesn't matter what sim name I type in... what alt I use... nothing is working.

Come on SL... ACKNOWLEDGE there is a problem already and get on it!!!

I filed a report but the problem is it takes 3-8 weeks for them to even send a reply regarding issues.

Im sure LL doesnt even know that there is an issue with probley 4000 people that cannot login or so.

They used to have the support numbers listed but im sure they would just tell you to clear your cache and retry.

This is starting to piss me off...the day isnt getting any younger.

I think it's just random as to who gets in and doesn’t - I had the same problem earlier, then got in after about 10 mins ... now I've just spent the last 40 mins trying to get back in and finally made it.

Note sure if it's of any significance, but when I got in this time I didn't wait for the page to load, just typed my password fast, hit connect and made it
