I'm wanting to see a number of examples of the operating system and video info that appears in Help About Second Life.

I'd like to see samples for all the "platforms", Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac, and LInux.

My video specs from Help About Second Life for my Windows XP machine are:

Brenda's Cool SL Viewer doesn't have the "Windows Driver Version" line in it.

That line appears to display what I think is called an ATI "Internal Version" number.

This kind of difference between what the different OS's and viewers display is exactly what I'm looking for.

interesting to see that openGL versions vary widely, and apparently I haven't been keep up with new driver revisions... I spot one other minor error too

I think the OpenGL version is because of the age of the drivers. My OpenGL version is 3.0.0............my driver is 185.85 (about a year old driver).

I think the OpenGL version is because of the age of the drivers. My OpenGL version is 3.0.0............my driver is 185.85 (about a year old driver).


That would explain it. I'm using the OEM driver.
