How significant in the scheme of things do you reckon the database hammering to be?

I'm not sure, Osprey, about which database hammering you're asking. If you mean my hypothetical army of parcel-snooping landbots... well, to be honest, I don't know the architecture and the viewer-server protocol well enough to answer that, really. It's just that there's a lot of info that gets pulled up on that top tab of About Land that tells the for-sale price, and I've seen delayed response to that. It's got to be more impact than just snooping the Land For Sale listings in Search--which were throttled (per session), back when Search-snooping landbots started hammering with those queries.
Of course, Phil may be right: maybe there's no longer enough margin in the Mainland market to be worth the trouble of making and running such an army of bots, so maybe I'm worrying unnecessarily.

I wasn't responding to anyone in particular - it's obvious that in order to appear a split second after land is listed bots must be hammering that particular database, I just don't know how significant that is to us. It FEELS like it would have to be significant, but I don't know anything much, so was asking if anyone else does.
