From: Jebediah Brown I have just been exposed to the worst experience of support in world from a "Linden" and I would like to formally complain, how do I do that? Alternatively. I think you could file an Abuse report out on the Linden. Theres no rule against that that I can see.

If your customer service issue went unresolved you might want to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs division of the state you live in (or similar agency in case you reside outside the USA). For example, if you reside in Illinois consumer complaints are handled by the Attorney General's office at http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/and you can download a form to send in at http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/conscomp.pdfTo find the consumer affairs division in your state simply search Google with your state's name and "consumer affairs" or "attorney general" Doesn't mean your issue will be resolved, but at least there will be paperwork about your complaint on file with a government agency. Nothing to feel shy about. Think of it as "filing an Abuse Report" against Linden Lab.

Theres no rule against that that I can see. I ARed a Linden once. Since I never received one of the "blah blah blah has been investigated and resolved blah blah" form emails, as far as I can tell nothing was ever done about it. Go for it if you want, but be warned it's kind of like wetting yourself in dark pants. It gives you a warm feeling, but no one notices or cares.

If talking about me naked bothers people, talking about me peeing my pants is gonna be even worse. The real issue is the Lindens do not have an organized, professional customer service system. They should have a phone system with a reasonble response time, and since its their baby- they should have a mirror of this RL system in world. Perhaps take a que from other online worlds and give semi-linden powers to volunteers to handle the easy stuff (prims over borders, obviously offensive stuff, penis statues in PG land, etc) , while leaving all player vs Player distutes to real Lindens, as well as account issues, etc.

From: Colette Meiji what the heck? How does this website have my SL name in the URL? It looks like that domain is set up so it doesn't matter what you put infront of it, it always goes to the same page. Put www.anything.naked.com and it appears to do the same thing. So it's nothing to worry about Colette, they don't really have your name in the domain. -Atashi

From: someone It was killed back on page 1 when Colette Meiji started posting. Tired of seeing this thread pop-up on page 1 of Resident Answers without getting any better. There are more important threads that need front page space rather than one about Colette Meiji being naked with her partner. This mission is too important for me to allow you to jeopardize it.

Two things,
1. It's not real life. Who cares if somebody sees you naked. They are only cartoon pixels on a screen. Big deal.
2. Where can I see Colette Meiji naked?

As I recall, even just the threat of a phone call to the attorney general is enough to see some action, as there is a several hundred dollar fine to them just for being reported. Or so I'm told.
