From: Monalisa Robbiani LOL all the nekkid moments.. I am soooo happy I have my furcoat covering all the spots But other things do happen. For example gestures. They can be triggered by /commands, with some auto completion feature. So if you want to type /blow for "blows a kiss" you might be ending up typing "/burp" which makes you burp at the nice person's face... I've done that I've sometimes attempted to /meow but instead accidently trigger /monkey. I do not recall what that does, now, but I always notice . . . oops I'm waiting for a kitty meow and . . "monkey" . . hehehe

Back when I was a newbie in SL I would go to the Linden Combat Sims every once in awhile. So I would attach my cheap gun and go shooting for 5 min then get bored and build something. So out in a shooting rampage I start shooting at an avatar in the sky about 100m away from me. as I approached the avatar I noticed it was a Linden cleaning up an auto turret. I started profusely apologizing (I was not banned for my little mistake) needless to say I have never been back to a open combat sim Ok, so that is not the run of the mill embarrassing, but I do and say embarrassing stuff all the time. It is in my nature

From: Lindal Kidd On the other hand, maybe he was one of those "Silence of the Lambs" nutcases who'd stick his moth down your throat. Erk.

Hair today, gone tomorrow...

I wanted to take off my clothes (somewhere appropriate to do so) and didn't yet realize that my new hair was worn like an article of clothing. Along with the clothing, my hair came off!

A friend and I were base jumping off this cliff and landing on a beach down below. There were people on the beach hanging out, and they thought it was so neat that we were parachuting down. On my second jump, I guess due to lag, my chute didnt open!! It is scripted to make a loud "SPLAT!!" when you hit the ground, and animation makes it look like a pool of blood. All the folks hanging out on the beach were mortified I think, because they all kinda went there merry way after that Allysa =^.^=

From: Sandy Carver I'm having a fairly embarrassing time at the moment with an animation attachment that I picked up to try and be as cool as Garrett.
You know when you say "Howdy Bilbo" and do that little pointy thing?
Well when you type "Bye Bilbo" you do a big dramatic wave and the script comes up as "Bye Bye for now Bilbo!!!"
I was chatting to a bloke I'd just met the other night, and then as I went to leave he just sees this fella he hardly knows start waving a non existent cowboy hat madly in his direction and shouting "BYE BYE FOR NOW DAVE!!" <pooof>
Its all a bit theatrical and embarrassing. Hehe, got love those gesture triggers. Just deactivate the "bye" one in your inventory. Cool though? That I am not, nor shall I ever be.

I was getting used to my new xcite bits, about a year ago, and really didn't understand the intricacies of building. At that time, my club was under construction and I pretty much did what I wanted -- no humility. So it didn't bother me to be all out there with myself -- pretty much like any guy in RL or SL hahah.
Apparently, when I had my back turned (discovered radar soon after LOL) I was um adjusting and went a little overboard. Coming out of edit, my av spins around to face a few friends with balls the size of a small military vehicle and I couldn't shrink them back LMAO. I don't think I've ever been more embarrassed or laughed as hard since I've been here.

I have heard of them adjusting the size of another specific prim so that it will poke threw someones back, but not that one. Or did you just want to flood the earth once again? So glad I didnt have a drink in my mouth when I read that one.

This forum isn't for general discussion; there are many Resident Sites where this discussion is appropriate — Resident Answers is for Resident-to-Resident help. I'll close this thread...
