Linden Lab Employee Recruiting Center - Looking for Construction Bids from Residents!

As part of our employee recruiting efforts at Linden Lab, we will be setting up an inworld Recruiting Center!

It will be used to distrubute information about available job opportunities at Linden Lab, as well as have a large meeting area.

Rather than build this place ourselves, we'd like to present an opportunity open to all interested Residents to submit "construction bids" for the building!

The Recruiting Center will be located at Waterhead (160, 104) and occupy a 4096 sq m parcel of land. We'd like a large central meeting area, as well as a couple other discrete spaces to place kiosks and video screens. Aside from that, we'd simply like the whole place to look creative and cool. Especially cool.

If you are interested, please submit the following to Pathfinder Linden:

1) A mock-up of your proposed design (either actual models or photos).
2) Some snapshots of previous builds you have completed.
3) Your desired fee.

We will accept bids until NOON on July 13. We'll review all submitted bids and make our decision by 5pm, and announce the winner in this announcement thread. The Resident who wins this bid will then have until July 15 to complete the final construction.

Also, the plot of land is already parcelled. If you go to Waterhead (160, 104), you'll see the exact physical layout of the land.

Our maximum budget for this project is 50k $L.
