A warning...last time some Linden tried to fix a bug relating to skirts and alpha rendering incorrectly, it broke invisiprims. This seems to be different though.
Reproduced on nVidia 5700 LE, but I noticed something else wierd. When I put a semitransparent object behind the skirt, the object remains visible even if the skirt is opaque with no added alpha. (I did that to see if it was connected to the invisaprim effect because transparent stuff disappears behind them.) _____________________

i logged in to the newest Preview today and am happy to say the skirt bug is fixed!
YAY! Ty everyone who reported it, Torley for acknowledging it and getting the ball rolling and the Lindens involved in debugging it. What a cool rezday prezzie! weeeeeeeee! _____________________
