From: Ices Harmison Hey Mr. Jen. I don't remember Ices being a Mister but a Miss so, who are you talking about? I know I shouldn't get into this, but I will only slightly. On the forums, you can't tell who is male or female, so don't take that personally. Also, (in my opinion) Live Help is a place where you can ask a question about something, and other residents can try to help you. Feel free to insult me, I don't take it personally, I take it constructivly. If you have a problem with the new update, I'd suggest posting the problem, and you computer stats in the Tech Help forum.

From: Ices Harmison Hey Mr. Jen. I don't remember Ices being a Mister but a Miss so, who are you talking about? Easy mistake I'm sure. The spelling of Ices would infer a male as opposed to Isis, which is female. There is also the way in which you have presented yourself. (There is also the relationship to hip-hop artists, Ice-T, Ice Cube and a lesser extent - Vanilla Ice. All male. Again, easy mistake. By my name will you be able to tell whether I am male or female? On with your issue now. You say you're a paying member. Well so am I. Admittedly there have been some issues with 1.10. But there are always issues with upgrades. In RL I work in the Banking industry - more specifically online banking. If something goes wrong, chances are we already know about it and are working on a fix to correct the issue. That, however, doesn't stop the customers from calling in and complaining that something isn't working correctly. Our society has become dependant on computers for work and home and with that dependancy, we have to learn to patience. Chances are - whatever your issue was - there was nothing that could have been done about it at that immediate moment. If was so pressing for you, you might have just as well logged off, gone to the nearest Quickie Mart and used a payphone to call support - since like me, you don't have a landline. (I'd have used my cell) Another option would have been to send an email (as stated below). I doubt logging off would have harmed you in anyway. Consider it a well deserved holiday from SL - Getting out to the real world to discover the new shopping center they built down the street or that it is late springtime. Don't let SL be your only life. It is afterall - SECOND Life.

I made up this name for myself about 7 or more years ago. I didn't know about Isis and Ices, I didn't care. And I also didn't/don't care about Ice-T, Ice Cube, and Vanilla Ice. I only ask that you don't try to guess my gender for me, and try to find out yourself. Or better yet, ask me! Hey! (good call) If you ever see me in SL. I look NOTHING like a guy... *Oh and, SL is not my life. I don't now about you, but it's not mine. I wouldn't be able to go to work if it was... and as you can see, I'm not in forums all day, so I am obviously not playing all day* Thanks

I thought you were a guy, too, at first. It's a legitimate mistake. P2

Until you popped back in here to get all snarky again, no one had responded in over 8 hours. Sheesh, it could have faded into oblivion.... are you one of those "last word" people?

From: Ices Harmison That's not advice, any idiot knows that. I was not venting. I was expressing my feelings after asking the question because he did not understand. Or do I have to explain myself on a child's level for you too?
and I don't have time argue like a child, so can you drop it? Maybe it is time to put down the keyboard and take a cold shower and check blood pressure for a possible onset of heart attack or worse yet stroke. You must be thinking this is the helpline for Medicare benefit and not a forum belonging to a GAME. I send much healings towards you my friend. Troy PS. Also double check to make sure you've taken all your meds today. I check mine daily.

Are you on the right grid Troy? That's pretty pathetic. You sound like a little kid with those rude insults. Word to the not so wise: Stop insulting people because you have problems yourself. If you have personal issues, go to a crazy hospital, not my thread. It's pretty pathedic how people can be so rude, but *act* so nice. I mean if you parents found out that you've bee mean, they wouldn't be happy. (Since a lot of you still live with your parents, the way you act) I wish you healings of: Getting a life And no, I don't take meds but I think you forgot yours again. Mommy won't be happy Troy!
