I finaly was able to get the Estate owner to reset the sim after 5 days of this endless spamm form the Eye of Horus.
Resetting the sim has fixed the prbolem so if this happens to you if you can get contact with the sim onwer have him/her reset it for you.
This should solve the problem until LL does comething to keep this form happening.

Just exactly what would you expect the creator to do? It's not like he's more magical than anyone else... If you can't delete it from your own land, he almost certainly can't either.
One would hope that he takes this into account in the next version, perhaps, but I can't really think of more that could be reasonably expected in this case.

Possibly it's similar to an object I've seen for myself, one that is constantly self-replicating and deleting the old version of itself. Although it doesn't clutter up a prim allowance like a standard griefing 'tool' may do it is next to impossible to pinpoint and delete it - just because any actual object would only exist for a fraction of a second just to be replaced by the successor.
Given the case that object works this way, the only sure-fire way to get rid of it, save an 'emergency off' feature invented by the scripter, would be to have the item's UUID blacklisted by the Lindens, but perhaps a lucky stroke of 'return objects' may do the trick... or try to temporarily switch off building permissions on that land.

THE PROBLEM:
This is what is happening, the item is constantly replicating itself and deleteing the old one, making it pretty hard to delete, and spamming hte hell out of you. Turning build or script off on the parcel won't help because its the owners land and the owners object, therefore it is unaffected.
THE SOLUTION:
Sounds like you are on a private sim. Get the Estate owner (I don't know if this is available to managers too) to go into World -> Region/Estate and into the debug tab. Click 'Disable Scripts'. This stops ALL scripts in the sim, thereby stopping the replication and enableing you to delete the item.
@ Alderic: Having the UUID sadly won't help, as everytime a new one rezzes, it has a new UUID.

I find these orphaned at times on my island. Right click return does not work on them. They come right back. I used the estate tools to return all of the person's prims and that worked. You need to file a bug report with Linden Lab. And the creator should also file a bug reports and warn the owners of his product. It is not the creators fault but he should provide much more customer car for people that have invested in his product.

Dur, ya what she said ^^, although you and your estate owner should really be conversant with the disable scripts, physics and... what ws the other one? FYI disableing physics also stops anyone and everything from moving.

It only shows up on the estate tools script list. and form that it can't even be returned or disabled or even deleted. I ran across someone else with the same problem in a sim i help manage. and i couldn't do anything for him either he is not having the exact problem as me. There is no way to get rid of it it seems. Yet again my IMs are capped and my email full of over 500 emails form it saying every 1 minute "The object 'Eye of Horus' has sent you a message from Second Life: Eye of Horusdeleting" this has been happening for 4 days now. and I've muted it many times but the mute list deletes every time log off.

what is this thing supposed to do? I found one while wandering around, clicked on it, and found myself in another part of the sim.

Did you try taking the Eye from the sim, and it seemed to work (i.e. the Eye appeared to vanish) but it continue to run its scripts?
*If* this is the case you've been hit by a Linden bug introducted in 1.16, and there is nothing the creator can do to solve the problem.
*If* this is the case, get the sim owner to reboot the sim - this should clear the problem.
If rebooting does clear the problem, then your complaints are better aimed at Linden Labs as it is a bug in their code not a bug in the eye of horus.

Sadly the object its self isn't there but its scripts are just like its there its scripts continue to run. when people come walking by it gives me the spam form them, just as if it were there. I have filed an opened ticket report and I was pretty much told before filing it by a linden inworld that unless I can get the estat owner to file a ticket too they can't help me. so inother words since its a private estate they are telling me they won't do a thing for me. So Im going to have to live with me IMs being capped and my email full of spam form that eye of horus. It spams every 1 minute. and I've muted it many times but now when you log out your mute list deletes so that does me no good. I regret ever buying this item now.

The same happened with a bbq a friend of mine bought. Problem is that there is still one prim around with the self replicating script in it. It could be above or below or even way left or right from the object itself. Finding that prim and deleting it, will terminate the prob. But that prim is usually hard to find, I'll give you that.

Cynthia, you and I (The creator of EoH) spoke about this at length the other day, and I came away believing that I had educated you as to what the real issue is. This phenomenon is not specific to any one object in SL, but has been common since the update last Wednesday. Objects as small as a single prim and as large as a 250 prim house I have seen refuse to delete even when the owner selected the object and manually attempted to delete it. And I will reiterate what I said: File a bug report for objects not deleting in-world, because this issue was introduced in the update to SL 1.16.
If you are actually in touch with the sim owner, see if they can restart the region. The bot is your object, and I have no more power over it than I do over anything else you own. I told you the command to delete it, just as the manual clearly states.
Meanwhile, I would recommend refraining from the histrionics and spreading misinformation.

The bug is on jira at https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-242Please vote - all visible evidence from LL is that they are ignoring what appears to be a widespread and extremely disruptive bug. (that isn't to say they aren't working on it, but a visible acknowledgement or blog entry on this is long overdue, and IMHO this was far more important to see evidence of awareness on the LL blog than the new FirstLook viewer)

Then this is caused by a bug in Linden Labs code, not in the Eye of Horus itself - recontact Linden support and point them at https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-242 and tell them the sim needs a restart.

From: Cinthya Vavoom you can stop being a foolish idiot now. I expect the creator to provide more support for items made. I expect the creator to fix the error in the item. I expect more then being told its my problem. Oh, really? I am simply asking what you expect them to do. You are obviously ignorant of just exactly what powers an item creator has, if you think it's reasonable to expect them to fix the problem on an already existing, previously coded item. You were clearly told that it's a bug in the Second Life code that causes the problem, and that it's not specific to this one product, yet you come here badmouthing the product and it's creator because you are hysterical and refuse to accept simple facts. Who's foolish? Sheesh. .

Cinthya, I have messaged You several times about setting something up to come and look at Your problem. I find it lame You would resort to going to the forums over something we don't really have any control over, but were earnest in trying to help You fix.
I sincerely doubt April told You it was Your problem. I find it much more likely that she gave You steps that would correct the issue, but which You found to onerous to follow through on because it was probably not an 'insta' fix.
I know its frustrating, but we were honestly willing to work with You to fix this problem. Its a shame You had to bring it to the forums when I was willing to work until the problem was resolved with You.
As it has been stated, this is a bug with Second Life. not with the Eye of Horus.
My recommendation is to have the Sim Restarted, and see if that fixes it. I suspect it will.
I see You are also a designer in World, Cinthya. I hope if anyone ever has a problem with anything You make, they take a little bit more reasonable approach to it than coming to the forums and telling them not to buy your products.
For the Rest of the SL Public: The Eye of Horus remains the single most lethal device I own, in over 500+ Sandbox altercations, I have never been killed while on my EOH in High Mode. While we at The Omega Concern do not really care whether You buy anything from us, or not, rest assured that if You do, we will do everything in our power to ensure You are happy with Your purchase. I would invite You to peruse any of our SLX Discussion threads if doubt remains.
Most Respectfully, Jessica Lindsay

As for the emails, no one is stopping you from unchecking the "Send offline IMs to Email" box in the preferences. You've been given every piece of possible advice and help that anyone can possibly give you, and instead of using it, you instead choose to whine. This is exactly the kind of behaviour that gets people on my mute list. April provides some of the most comprehensive customer support in Second Life, for what are some of the most beautifully crafted items in SL. Its unfortunate that this Bug in the server exists. But don't disparage April's good name or her products because of it. It's just wrong.

Most Respectfully, Jessica Lindsay Jessica my IMs are capped every time I log in tanks to the eye of horus.. As I stated to both of you in offline IMs My email is full of 500+ emails every time I check it all spamm form the eye. AS I stated to you as well. Also when The Issue is as big as this and nothing is being done this is a very good place to come. As for me stuff thankfully my deisgns aren't made to spamm IMs every 1 minute. Its been 5 days now that Im getting spammed by it every 1 minute when im in and out of wrold. Not only is it annoying and agrovating its making me miss very important IMs and so on. Suggestion to you jessica don't make stuff that spamms like that.

Just curious, but why does it IM instead of llOwnerSay? Granted the spam would still be there for the owner, if in the same or adjacent sim, but it wouldn't be a problem, esp with email.
Seems kinda silly to IM someone "deleting myself", even if it was a one-time thing.
