No such chatlog exists. I have plainly told you (and others) that I have had co-respondence with LL about land swooping issues and I have contributed them via email, PMs and in world chats. This in no way implies special treatment. All it is, is your desperate attemtp to defame me (in yet another false way) for catching and reporting you for misdeeds, which is my right and highly encouraged by LL staff.

You cannot change black to white Dragon. Your reputation as a land swooper is well known and your attempts to defame me with lies and accusations, reflects badly on you.....not me.

I suppose it is somewhat entertaining, but I have to agree with others that this can be assumed to be a large part of the reason that the Forums are being closed.

Thread starts off with one topic, troll comes in to throw around personal hate and carry on a crusade, thread is no longer even remotely about original topic.

I'd love to attempt to bring it back on target by presenting my idea, but I'm a scripter not a builder. Sorry Dragon. Best I can do is I guess point out the obvious

Alright just to throw my 0.2 cents into this discussion. I have had run-ins with land scams in game and land scammers. However when I was looking to sell some plots that I had I contacted Dragon Keen (through IM) along with other agents I could find who buy land to see if they were interested.

Dragon Keen made a fair offer on my land...although it wasn't enough for me...wanted to get a little more for it. Then when I turned his offer down he was kind enough to give me a run through on how he would price and a good lay of the land in relation to Real Estate. He didn't have to do any of that...it didn't benefit him at all. He just helped me out.

This thread seriously is disappointing I came on it to find out about the contest and instead I see someone completely derailing...Weedy just shut up!

Im not even gonna reply anymore to the posts, because 1) it doesnt make an impact, and 2) no matter what I say even though it'll make sense to normal people it wont to her

even though I know better than to respond to Weedys comments, it just makes me so angry that someone with such a lack of common sense can openly bash me and others with absolutely no reguard for anything. Trying to play off her "suggestion" as on topic. HA. I deal with a lot of people on a daily bases, here and in RL. Its truly SCARY the absolute lack of common sense 99% of the people have... and those people of course have to talk the loudest about something they dont know much about.

For fun I had to re-read the post she commented about on SC and came to the quick realization that no one cared over there either about the thread, because the conversation quickly stopped her in her tracks to any reader with half a brain.

Dragon Keen is a liar. My sister had land stolen by this guy. She joined a small lot which was for sale and for some reason Dragon had some kind of script or something because within seconds he stole her land. My sister has lupus and lives on a pension and second life was a chance for her to take her mind off of her suffering and dance and have fun with friends. Both of us pleaded with him to return the land but all we got from him was some babble about Lindens having no value but she paid alot of money for that land almost two hundred dollars. He called some friends who made even bigger scene by calling names they bought the land from him while they laughed at her as he sold it for 38000 more Lindens than what he paid my sister which was 1500. The Linden company should fix this problem because they did nothing.

She cancelled her account because of this. I don't care if I get banned either because second life is full of scammers like Dragon keen and Wrestling Bulky

Ricky...then I must have mental problems...because you are saying he lied about helping me. But I distinctly remember him doing so in a very helpful and open way. So please tell me how he lied about helping me, when I know he did??? I'm sorry that you feel that your sister got scammed from her land it does happen, yes. The one thing I have seen and learned however is that almost every situation has two or more sides to the story. So instead of more drama let's let it rest and let this thread be what it is, a contest thread for a sign.

Funny, after 1.12 update I started playing a little game on some of my private estates, Land Swoopers could not determine if land for sale was on private or mainland sims..so setting lots to sale for 1L would bring quite a few noteable land swoopers to the telehub...lol. I got a nice list of names for addition to ban lists

Maybe I'll host an event..."launch the land swooper" on one of the pvp sims..

lol.... ok if it was estate land... exactly HOW would you swoop estate land? Its rental/lease property anyway.

2nd yes, after the update, mainland real estate agents TP'd a lot to estate land sales... who cares. I bet you had a lot of average players arrive as well.... since it took a few days to realize what was going on.

Personally I TP to estate land to read the covenants. I have no interest in buying estate land, and TPing to a L$1 plot I know if its estate before I TP to it (most people do check the map first now to see where its at)

Anyway your post isnt related to the thread, if you'd like, start a new thread about your "launch the land swooper" in the land and economy area... and I wish you luck with your game, I'm positive it will end with many ARs filed

haha nice. oh and hey ricky... i never laugh at anyone when I buy land, so ya every side does have 2 stories. Normally if I buy something under market value and its politely asked to be returned I will return it... I cant recall the circumstances of any "deal" since theirs no specifics of who i bought from but I'm sure my reasoning was sound (maybe not to anyone but me).

ricky, in case you've been under a rock, 1.12 was specifically designed to prevent the so called swooping problem making the sell menu even MORE retard-safe... but unfortunatly people STILL DO sell their mainland public land for L$1 somehow.... perhaps they are blind or something. Na thats not the reason.... the reason is people hate to read and pay attention to what they're doing.

I never said it was estate land or anything about the land that was swooped (which was mainland, was set for sale by mistake by a new friend that a certain keen person was reluctant to return after being told of the mistake) What I said was that I used my estate land as a game to play with land swoopers And no, they weren't average...they were people who used scripts to find the land... As soon as the land was set...poof, there you are...lmao. It was quite entertaining actually.

As far as ar's...teleporting into a combat sim runs you the risk of being shot...maybe you should configure your scripts to warn you before tp'ing to a pvp enabled sim.

And yes, my post is not related to the original topic of this thread, but it seems the thread took a little change of pace eh? People should know who to be weary of...

anywho... umm... show me a SCRIPT thats used to buy land, and show it to me right now. For people like you, who actually have no knowledge of what your talking about, its IMPOSSIBLE to use a script to search for land.

Let me educate you since your clueless on how the world works. the instant you list land for sale, it shows up in the search menu... instantly. Yes people do sit there and refresh their search screen. Theirs no script that does that... again that is IMPOSSIBLE, plain and simple fact. Ask a linden, ask another land baron, ask your priest... they'll all tell you the same. See the fact of the matter is land price is not able to be scripted (for the exact REASON of preventing scripts to auto-buy or auto-find land)

Please, if your going to argue a point with me... at least get your facts in order. Yes, because land is my business I know more about the land system than you, or any other average user. However, to think a script is involved when you have no evidence, and are just guessing... thats kind of a reach isnt it? As soon as you find the mentioned script let me know I'll buy a copy. Or even better... write a script to do it, or locate a well known scripter and just ask simply if its possible.

I didnt realize or read that you planned on using a PvP sim. Fine and dandy then, and I wish you luck. However, if your planning on using a mainland sim for yor fun... plan on your land ACTUALLY being bought by the swooper your attempting to catch... and if it is by chance ME... watch me laugh since I know you were doing it on purpose, and yes I'll keep it so its a lesson learned to you. Baiting land is just as bad as swooping, especially if you lost the land in a sale, then whined about it in the forums ANd if your gonna use estate land to do it... dont expect mainland real estate folks to show up anymore... it was old news after the first hour... we expect to see L$1 estate land now
