There's a phrase in the UK. I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire. To be honest, Ulrika simply wished to shit stir, and she's been caught out. She's apologised, in the same way that a politician apologises when they're caught with an intern and some unsavory positions - they don't actually mean the apology, but it's the only PR way out of it.

and FYI, the need to protect a female and have the final say is common in pretty much all men, its almost instinctive... it is also a neccasary part of the courting ritual, no matter how out date the concept may seem... the same trait is replicated in many species, so accept it is nature, not nurture that gives us that "tradition"

but the theme of the song was how he was gonna be making the rules and what he said goes and that he was king of the castle...

that sums up, for me, the dynamic that allows things to progress as they should between the sexes and the roles society has imposed... a compromise of sort
