Wealthy Fox Seeks Trophy Wife!

Since it appears that I am now quite wealthy, I have been debating the merits of my current wild bachelor lifestyle. I have spent much time debating over whether I should settle down in my Second Life, and if so how. After careful deliberations with my friends and virtual legal counsel, I have come to the conclusion that I require a trophy wife! After seeing a recent thread inqiring about the existance of good men in SL, I thought this might be a good place to find one!

Would you like to be my trophy wife? If so, please drop a notecard on me in-world explaining why YOU would be the best pick for me as a trophy wife! A prenuptial agreement will of course be required!

Hi Shaun. As your announcement is public, I will make my reply publicly as well. I think you will find I possess the only qualities that will truly matter in a trophy wife:

1) Beauty and brains in one package,

2) Stylish image that will reflect well upon your own image,

3) Discretion and taste in all matters, capable of entertaining your guests without causing them or you embarrassment or awkwardness,

4) No interest in the distraction of having an actual relationship, so you're free to go about your life as you wish,

5) No interest in your bankroll save that you supply with me a comfortable lifestyle and the things such implies,

And last, but certainly not least....

6) I bring my own clothing, upkeep, and furnishings with me. All you need provide is land and a house, from which I will cheerfully hostess as you require and generally make everyone who meets us wish they could snag a trophy wife.

One must ponder the application of marriage laws before prenups and marriage itself can be discussed. What state or country marriage law set is operative? Careful Shaun, I believe you are treading into some mighty soft ground here. You could be tied up in virtual courts at great expense and come out of it all without a trophy.

I beg your pardon, Shaun, but you haven't read the Wikipedia reference you cited yourself. You cannot have a trophy wife, and therefore you are defrauding all of these hopeful female AV's.

Here's how it is: You must have married a woman when you were penniless and struggling. She would have worked like a dog to put you through school and help you finance the beginnings of your business. As well as bearing your (scripted) kids. Then - now, apparently - as you are finally becoming wealthy, you would have divorced her, left her with the kids in her Object Inventory, and then advertised for a trophy wife. Who would probably be blonde, big, and from east Texas.

No other way to do it, Shaun. Instead, now you must play the role of "Most Eligible Batchelor," which isn't nearly as sleazy or fun.

I had the same thought, "Don't you need an exwife and kids to have a trophy wife?". While I agree that it is more sleazy, I find that the most fun to be had is with the bachelor just prior to his decision to enter the eligible to settle down with race. That "last chance" intensity is quite delightful and not to be missed.

I would but Jauani Wu is already forcing me to become HIS trophy wife.
