Yeeeeah This Update Sucks

So, I was actually pretty excited about the new update, you know... fix all the problems etc... wellll kinda hard to fix the problems when you can't even install the update. It downloads... gets to the install part and WALA tells me I already have 1.11 installed >.>... ummm... nooooo I didn't , last I knew it was a NEW and IMPROVED update. And it's not just me that it's happening to, its quite a few other people I know as well. I know that systems need updating... and games need their little pick me ups here and there, but you know... if your going to make an update... make sure that it A. WORKS B. Doesn't suck nads and C. Won't kill the game play. We all know it's not easy to run the systems... etc etc... but it's not much easier on us when nothing works anymore. It ruins the fun, and it really start ticking quite a few people off -____- including myself who has been uberly patient with everything, including the extreme lag.

i dont play this game to long almost a month now but what i notice when they are getting the update up , while doing that it tells people who try login to download a update but thats the the version you already run .. notice this all updates so far

try now 1.11.1 is on now only you cant login jet still restriced to lindens only

now if we can install it >.>... then again after hearing other peoples issues with it, i'm kinda glad i don't have it at the moment

Same here, now what I don't understand is the LL logic with this... How long will island owners put up with all these bugs before a boycott ends up taking off?

Let us see every week theres a rushed out update LL does so the game gets new and exciting weekly, but it isn't worth it if every week theres massive down time.

If LL only needs more beta testers for these updates.. then tell us I am 100% sure everyone would help if it meant these patching patches that patched a patch would end.

just tried to reinstall it and it gave me the same thing, along with about 5 other of my friends who just tried to install it as well

Well i am glad so far i am on a free account , still considering to buy me in to this game , but as far i see last month since i joined i think i will keep that off for a long period, when they test the updates compleatly first... ( been a betauser / tester of a other game we made sure.. sure you find little things but not this big once they had recently) all the downtime is not good when you have your own region here.. i can imagine those people are mad after this month

yeah myself being one of them, it offsets prims and it causes way more issues with editting with the lag spikes, and i know its not my computer, the game ran perfectly fine before the patching of patches

I don't get it. The grid isn't back up yet. Isn't it a bit premature to start whining about the update at this point?
