I like Piers Anthony myself. Incarnations of Immortality series especially. The first few were promising, but they petered out. The problem with Anthony, really, is he's a pretty good author when he's not pushing his own personal wank-fantasies. _____________________

I think a good question is... why is this thread that never even mentions SL still in General 15 hours later, when other threads that at least mention SL in passing are swiftly moved off to Off-Topic or elsewhere?

The only fantasy author I can think of *worse* than John Norman is Piers Anthony. I don't much like Anthony, but anyone that gets people reading is doing SOMETHING right, and I know people who got started reading "real novels" reading Xanth. _____________________

I have talked to ajen in world. I know this person in game..and he is not even gorean. hes one of those control freaks that people can't name, the ones that bring a bad name to Gor. Knowing this person, it is also apt to say he probably has been on -both- sides of the leash. If yall want a laugh, think about this. I called him a coward. He goes to get his 'brother' to challenge me for callign him a coward. How does that do anything but prove me right? |
