Anshe's sims are, in my opinion, horrible ugly places. Anshe has made a small fortune selling these places though because so many people live there anyway. And if I started buying up sims and renting them I'd probably do exactly the same because it works.
While we're here, can we rant about about how terrible pop music is, or how modern fashions are so ugly, or how the average tea drinker is drinking poor mass market rubbish instead of the high quality stuff I have in my cup? It's pretty much the same thing; us snobs looking down on other people with "lesser" tastes.
