I couldn't get your syncing movie to work. I have the latest version of QuickTime.
Let me know if I can help you test it.

"User-created content takes the idea of leveraging player opinions a step further by allowing them to effectively prototype new ideas and features. Developers can then measure which new concepts most improve the products and incorporate them into the game in future patches." |

I have signed up or Dreamhost but im not really much of a pro. I have worked out how to upload movies etc and think when i get home they will play (cannot test them yet). If ayone wants to test it for me the url is rtsp://movies.secondlifecave.com/cartoon.qt I dunno what it is just downloaded it at work earlier (work doesn't have QT).
Anyway my question is how would i set up a playlist and would it be on demand or not? |

Well, MPLC is of no use: I was afraid of that. What you're trying to accomplish doesn't exactly fit existing licensing schemes. Studios may barricade the doors if they hear the words "internet" and "streaming". It might take some convincing before they see that piracy is unlikely in this circumstance... and Hollywood studio suits have short attention spans. If you want to be legal, you might have to forget major releases and track down small indies who need exposure more than $$ (and who can't afford skittish legal departments). |
