It does happen quite often in real life.

On the LSE (London Stock Exchange) shares to be wary of are micro cap stock and AIM shares. in the US the same appllies to most OTC shares. Cannot comment on other bourses.

But informed and well researched private investors can also make a lot of money. I did quite well buying Google stock at around $240 per share although I regret selling them $($350 per share) In the UK I also did okay buying some ADVFN stock at 1.2p selling them on at around 6p.

Finally a unique little business thats more or less ressesion and war proof in the UK I saw but missed buying was a company called Dignity. Could have purchased at around £3.50 per share and they are now £5.57, and thats after a 9/7 split scrip issue.....

My views on share tip emails, don't buy on the basis of them alone but sometimes it can pay to do a little digging around, and if you have a punt make sure it is a modest amount of money and set a stop loss.

Just a personal view, do your own research etc

In your dreams... They L$ has flat lined. There isn't enough inflow of willing US$ buyers to push up the valuation of this currency.

Seems to me that there are plenty of willing buyers out there. Look what just happened the past few days. Flat Lined??

Yes, and look what else happened in the past few days...RBD disappeared, as he usually does when he's shown to be wrong. Of course when the L$ does eventually decline, he'll be back claiming that he was right all along...even if the decline happens months after he said it would happen.
