Well with that I can't argue. Got some sand in my RL portfolio too, and maybe one day I will get to build a nice house on it :)

Esp since I have no fear of its server ever going down, and if it did, most likely I have as well :o

are you seriously considering buying that land?

I have a friend whose parents live off the 10 and orange grove. I'll have to talk to him about the area. I grew up in Tucson, and I am aware that it has grown considerably in the NW direction (SE as well) in the last 10 years since my friend's dad worked for Tucson Electric (who provides power to that area of Pima County).

I also hear that Marana (to the North) is opening up a second high school!
