Good strategy RBD... when the markets make you look like a complete fool, you pretend that it was actually you who orchestrated it.

Oh, I think that is a good strategy...for us. Implying that he is manipulating the Lindex--even if it's a lie--is a great way for him to get banned. :)

The structure in which players acquire Linden Dollars is flawed. No matter what people say, you can't ignore the pending problem of too many dollars in SL causing inflation and/or a cronic devaluation of the currency.

The cure to the problem is to create a Central Bank. Starting on Day 0, all Linden Dollars are wiped off the face of the map. Linden Dollar (Mach 1) will be retired from circulation. So sell while you can, because the end of days is near.
>snip<

I'm /so/ glad that Linden Labs did due diligence and has not hired you to determine their economic model. "So sell while you can, because the end of days is near." - IMNSHO, more irresponsible words have never been uttered, typed, or posted.

Any credibility you may ever have had - has been permanently wiped from the face of society with this post. IMNSHO, such behaviour in an actual licensed, registered economic professional would be considered grounds for removal, delisting, delicensing, and economic regulatory investigation - it is consonant with the grade of trader who spams stock advice and subsequently short-sells the stock he has deliberated over.

Jesus. Now, even if you had a real solution, no-one would listen to you because it comes from you.

U guys shouldnt let him rile u up. That is why he posts. Its called trolling.

Or he might even believe he knows what he is talking about.

Which would be teh bigger funny.

Just some loser who cant make content and triez 2 make money on teh lindex because he dosnt have teh resources to do it on teh real world markets..

Amusing.

Dude, stop panic mongering and trying to manipulate the market,

A) your doing it so unsubtlely that it will most likely get people to do the exact opposite

B) you are now officially in the range of trolling, yes trolling since you have been told time and time again that your posts to the forums are nothing but you trying to move the market to your own ends. I plan on reporting your posts to linden labs as I see them and suggest everyone else does the same.

Nah, he's living in the hope that everyone reads what he says and does the opposite.

Whilst there might be one such sucker out there most of the people that read this forum read what he says and laugh.

You are mistaken. I have no vested interest in market manipulation. I don't profit one nickel, which ever direction the market moves. And me trolling is a mistaken assumption. I am relaying valuable economic data to the public. If you don't like it, ignore me and move on. Others will heed my advice and profit from it.

And as I was saying, the linden dollar is undervalued and buying it now will hedge you against an increased rise in its valuation over the coming months... And an increasing Linden Dollar is good for everybody. I don't know why you would disagree.

If only you had good enough memory to remember that just a bit ago you were saying the opposite! In fact, you just prove again and again that what you say is totally worthless, valueless...

Call the farm. Now!

I'm changing my mind and joining the ranks of UpTrenders. I'm buying lindens by the bushel now in prepartion for a massive upward spike in valuation.

Why?

Because there has been a massive increase in the number of users. Massive numbers of people are fighting for Linden Dollars and drawing down the available supply. As such, valuations will rise and I'm loading up on the ground floor, only to turn around and resell my lot when we start seeing a price range between L$200-L$150.

You are mistaken Eltee.. I'm buying and so are many others. You can miss the boat if you like, but you'll be buying from me at a much high price down the road.
