I agree with you. If people aren't interested in selling, a simple "not for sale" would do fine. I can't recall anyone paying over roughly 100L/sqm, so maybe that would be a fair cap. All such listings do is make it even harder to figure out what land is currently going for. As for first land, one thing LL is doing that is somewhat aiding the situation is coming out with loads and loads of new sims. For those who haven't noticed, prices have crashed roughly 1.5L/sqm on average within the last week -- a full 1L/sqm of that within the last couple of days. Should such a situation continue, there may perhaps be nobody exploiting first land, assuming land prices returned to November/early December prices.

The correct number is US$4,000,000 or less (L$250+ = US$1). Their numbers have US$1.02 ~= L$1.

I didn't bother to do it by hand. I used the online calculator on the Lindex page.. figured the numbers were too many zeros for it to know what to do with. Who cares though?
