1) New features are constantly added when bugs remain untouched patch after patch. One example is the bug with using local axis for rotating a linked set of prims. That is just ONE example, which has been around since 6.0.
2) Customer service is horrible, and the experience Kris described (however colorfully) does not surprise me in the least. I've had very similar experiences with customer service myself.

From: jelvon Jacques to keep with my analogy - every caring medico gives love and attention to their patients, but it will not change the final outcome, face it SL is dying. The Sky is Falling: Is It Upon us? SL grew by 25% in the last week. Even without the free account giveaway, we have around 1000 new users a week. LLabs is hiring faster than they can recruit. Companies are beating at LLabs door, wanting to use the commnuity (that's us!), and PAYING us, to do some virtual world work. There are almost half as many private islands as there are mainland sims (most are hidden). The Teen Grid has a waiting list. By the end of 2005, Linden Lab will be practically pooping money. Yes, it's teh endz of teh worldz. Can I have your stuff? LF
