I vote Gurps as the worst system EVER!

I hate D&D but I worship Garry Gegax for making the first and longest RPG of them all.

Favorite System is the White Wolf World of Darkness (New Edition)!

no no no if we are doing gurps.

(calculates his speed by taking STR*dex/4)
(Speed = acttack turns)
(TL15 lazer gatling gun is 100D6 /5 for force shield or /10 for deflectors)
(Str 12 so recoil damage)

I thought you were talking about RPGs like Final Fantasy or Suikoden... I was all set to come in here and lay down a beating.

no whoever designed GURPS vehicles should be shot. Took a TI-85 calculator and 5 sheets of paper to make a simple vehicle only to find after 3+ hours you messed up and have to start from scratch again.

I've never used GURPS. My cousin gave me the players guide (or whatever it's called) because she had a spare... I read the first two chapters and my head exploded. To put it back together I took out my D&D 3.5 edition Book of Exalted Deeds and rolled up an Anointed Knight. Mmmmmm... wish there was a campaign being run I could use her in.

Not to mention your sword is in PERFECT WORKING ORDER..... are yous SURE you want to attack? BTW your enemy has a rusty whip....your in deep trouble.

best D&D game every played was a "mature" IRC based D&D 3.0 game. Sadly the guy won't release his IRC bot code. That bot would do everything but wash your dishes.

I did go get the Gurp book for White Wolf and for Cyber Punk so I could move my Cyber Punk in to Gurp then move backward and move it in to White Wolf for Technocracy and Glasswalkers, Could have used it for the Verts and Sons but never liked them. More of a Verb man!

I remember briefly doing VTM, Werewolf, cyberpunk and RIFTS. I won't go into the CCGs I STILL HAVE in my bed room.

My wife (we meet at a RPG game) had a game were you didn’t use dice. You used a bag and filled it with dice. Then you pulled a die and it told you what happened based on colors. The premise of the game was a viruses was released and people went nuts (see losing your marbles) and most of them were in the US so the US became on large insilum, even the orderlies were nuts but they had clubs.

Lost that in the move too.

Wife and I have 4 book shelves full of RPG stuff in our bedroom, hay and only one of sex books I know the purves has little sex and all geeky games stuff. We have not played in 4 years. no one to play with other then our selves. Need 1 more person at least. So now I am EQ2 just to get something.

1 shelf of adult stuff.

RPG stuff...not sure if four shelves worth but I have/had entire Spell Jammer collection, 20 GURPS books, Drangonlance Chronicles boxed set, Oriental adventures (orgional), Dieties and Demigods (orgional), entire TSR card game serie (not the CCG), 2 AD&D players guids v2.0, one PHB 3.5, one DM 2.0 and two boxes of various ogrional (pre 2.0) D&D stuff.

CCG Magic, pokemon, Wildstorm (image comics), On the Edge, Spell Fire (TSR CCG), and about two huge boxes of various CCG cards from GenCon Conventions.

I had about ten notebooks of D&D ideas, almost every PDF, GIF, etc informational wise on D&D as well. Including the netbooks.

Hasn't anyone ever wondered why, in almost every RPG out there, when you kill some "monster" (i.e. generic baddy) ya always get X number of "gold pieces" or some other currency? I mean, really...what use for coins does an ORC, or a GOBLIN, or a TROLL really have anyway? Is there some kind of monster market-economy in action behind the scenes or something? Are there hidden underground shopping malls, crawling with goblins carrying currency filled purses, searching for the best deal they can possibly get on their new +1 Battle Axe or the coolest spell scroll of "kill human"? Could there possibly be, contrary to common sense and popular belief, an undead zombie version of Alan Greenspan in control of a Monster Reserve System? I personally find it hard to imagine, but might there be --(hidden among all the monster hideouts that have been player-ravaged and stripped dry of all valuables)--an entire secret Monster Stock Market, where vampires, dragons, and demons buy and sell shares of "Insta Respawn Inc." or "McGorebladz's Human Burgers"?

I know, it's hard to imagine...but look at the evidence!!! Is there any doubt?
