Angel Coral and I have been together for a year and 3 - 4 month. Though we've translated SL to RL so that probably has something to do with it.
By observation, the avg *seems* to be somewhere around 2-3 months. But that's just subjective observation. YMMV. |

Reve Monde and I have been together as a couple since November of 2003. We are very happy with our second life.

Personally I have never understood dedicated role play relationships. When married people come online and play so in love with someone here, beeing jelous over this and that. Why be dedicated to something that is just an illusion, something that will never become "real"? Not to forget drama " he was sleeping with my best friend , I gonna delete all and release the land"  says a person who is married and when logging off goes and shag his/her own partner). May be that one is only an avatar when the other is flesh and blood, but the avatar is also operated by a real human beeing ( then again i sometimes belive my avatar has a life of its own, I have been told it has occassianally been spotted doing "bad" things  )It is way different with people who are serious and have an intention to some day be together other than just online. In these cases people should though have the big bullshit filter on always. No real names, phonenumbers, adresses and real life meetings; do not expect much to become, most likeley just someone playing. Just have fun, play out your fantasies as long as you do not hurt anyone else; and most of all stay realistic. SL is a game that much relay on our emotions, and its very easy to cross the "line" |

Well I am with Tedious Ennui and he never pays attention to me he always talks to other people IM not boring its just I feel left out and realationships dont really go a long way you know SL people are going to cheat no matter what because they think the oother Ava looks better then the person your with or the person your with is just boring so I would at least say 3 weeks to 5 months LOL the latest and thats not including RL folks and besides the only way your going to find a Great relationship is if he/she is fun and charming and cares alot about you and thats what I found for now at least, great point of view ( Find someone with a great personality then someone thats a redneck and is really rude)

Jennyfur and I are married in RL. We haven't bothered partnering in SL... it seems to be bad luck in many cases! That said, there are a few wonderful SL partnerships I've seen over time. However, the average partnership seems to last only weeks.
Two of my alts partnered, broke up, and now one is repartnered with another alt of mine, and the other alt of mine is partnered with another person's alt. Confusing enough? We thought it was fun. Regards, -Flip _____________________

Like I said before I like this other guy but I love Tedious to, I need a man that will pay attention to me though, I have fun alot but I barely can talk to him, this other guy is my best friend he was there for me when I was learning step by step routines, I didnt know he had a gf at the time til later on, I felt upset and this was the time I met Tedious then I was happy again but now ignored, he tells me he wont cheat but I dont know if thats the truth............noone wants to hear my boring sad story anyways I was just saying it might not last long because of problems and because of liking someone else............I have never cheated on a man before but if it gets worse and stuff I have to..........If Im with Ted I'll keep my promise if he keeps his thats all I gotta say

I would've considered partnering with Madame (Shakeyer) Maracas if I wasn't partnered with Nala (8months rl, 7 months sl) but it wouldn't have lasted more than a few weeks. We'd be arguing over whose turn it was to be the bish all the time.
