"Second life cant be accessed on your computer" my account is active, and my pc used to work with sl, before all of this problems.. LOL i dunno wtf is up !! Damn. Maybe try clearing your SL cache, uninstalling SL, then re-installing it from the downloaded .exe? I dunno, grabbing for straws at this point, maybe you should call the concierge line and see if something is snafu with your account? I know you're paid up and all, maybe they messed something up on their end though. Good luck Wuvme

Okay, got through the whole episode of Seinfeld on TiVo, I'm onto Simpsons. I am officially, after about 30 minutes, giving up on that log in session and trying again.

From: Alexa Hope Managed to log in and went shopping. Bought an outfit from Vindi Vindaloo and tp'd home. Created a new folder, moved the items into the folder and bam - they disappeared. Did a search and they had literally disappeared. Luckily Vindi said she would send me another copy. I need to second this. SL Problems but Vindi replaced two items that dissapeared on me. Thank you Vindi.

You can find the cache here: C:\Documents and Settings\nolan\Application Data\SecondLife\cache Note that yours will say something different where mine says "nolan", whatever your Windows user profile is called I beleive. Once you're in the cache folder, select all the files in there and delete them. Sometimes things get corrupted in the cache and cause problems.

TiVo rocks! Okay, I may be way off base, but here's what I've found, and I'm in now: I was trying to log back into Indigo. Didn't work. I went here: http://www.slboutique.com/index.php?sid=&p=atmThat's a list of ATM locations I have around SL for SLB. I clicking the Chaos location. Didn't work. Then I tried the Hawthorne location - it worked with a message that "That region isn't available" even though it clearly is, but I got bounced to the nearest telehub. So there may be an issue in something talking to something. (That's my highly technical analysis.) If you're still having problems, give it a whirl, it may work. Hugs, -Flip

The message you quote is the message given when an account is NOT active. If you believe it should be active you need to contact support by calling 1-800-860-6990 (durring PST business hours) or emailing [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email].
