idunno i was just thinking... that like if i got banned for life or died irl & someone closed my acc (not that any1 would bother) or for whatever reason..
maybe it would b cool to have an sl will..
Like lets say your upset & leave sl & dont just leave you acc open.
like who would get my clothes.. who would get my sex balls.. whod get what..
any thoughts on this whatsoever?

Interesting idea. I was thinking the other day of putting in my RL will that if I am seriously ill or when i die someone will have to log into SL and tell my friends. I would hate not knowing if one of my friends just disappeared.
I guess the SL will would have to be LL sanctioned or how could your items and money be distributed to your friends? Alexa |

I have already arranged with a rl friend that if anything should happen to me in rl, they will join SL so as to make sure my friends here know.
The idea of a will is a great one though - we spend money on our SL possesions, land and that, and it would be nice to think they would go to those we love rather than just poof into the ethos. Brianna, honey, you get all my clothes I can't see Hiero wanting them anyway, lol. |

I use the Last Wishes service (LastWishes.com ) to ensure that my friends, both RL and online are informed of my demise. I've also selected two close SL friends to act as virtual executors, to handle specific bequests in-world, and to dispose of my assets and land. I've made similar arrangments for other games that I frequent, and created virtual obituaries to be posted once I shuffle off this mortal coil.
Morbid? No more so than having a RL will and a list of instructions, passwords, PIN numbers, etc. to be opened after my death. It helps to be prepared, since one cannot know when the Grim Reaper will come calling. _____________________

I've considered making a SL will. I'm in my 30s and (as far as I know) in good health, but I'm a firm believer in not taking growing growing old for granted.
The only problem is determining who would get what. I have great friends, and I'd hate to alienate any of them by willing my land/inventory to specific people. _____________________
