My take on it is this: The jury that heard this case had infinately more information about the case than we do.

Unless we were on that jury, and got to hear all the evidence they did, I think criticism of the verdict is conjecture based on incomplete information.

But yes, agreed... he's a nut Not convinced he's a child molester though.

Call me a bitch (I don't care) but I believe in this crazy thing called personal responsibility. Those parents are responsible for their children. If you knew someone who had been accused of molesting children, even if they never went to trial (relatives excluded) would you really let your child spend the night with them? I don't know a parent that would. But if you are low life grifters who are using your sick and dying child to extort money from celebrities, then sure, let little Johnny spend the night, maybe he will get raped and we can cash in. These parents are criminally negligent.



And as far as his children, lots of people have fucked up weird parents. Such is life. Being weird isn't a crime. Geez, are the normal police going to start beating down everyone’s door? If so, we better run for the attic in this house. If MJ wants to be weird and raise freak kids just like him, that is his business, as long as they are not abused, it is none of your business.

I did doubt something actually illegal occurred, as when I was a teen I used to sleep over at a male friend's house a lot. We didn't sleep in the same bed, I slept on the floor. And we spent all night talking about the women we liked, drinking pop, watching movies (we'd try to get ones where the chicks took their clothes off, score!) and just chilling out and being cool.

I think for a large part that's what Michael Jackson does with the boys at his place. Yeah he's got some porn but so do a lot of men. He may have alcohol around the place, but it's all part of the wild guys' pad thing. I think MJ is just trying to be cool hanging out in his pad and having the guys around for a wild time.

The mother is a proven liar. I'd say she's much more flaky a witness than MJ.

What killed the case was thr prosectutions witnesses. If all those bad things were happening, and they were eye witnesses, why didn't they immediately report it? Why wait for the mother and child to go after him before coming forward? And with slip ups in the mother and son's testimonies and them changing their stories, well..it didn't look good.

However, to me there was still more than enough evidence to convict him. And for the love of god, PLEASE take his children away from him and do some thorough evaluations!!

He is a freak and a very likely a pedophile, but the prosectutions case could have been stronger.

I also don't know what any of the before mentioned things are true either. I was not there.

Actually I agree with you 100%. I also have to say that the accusers/victims parents are probably the ones who should have been on trial and they gave me the creeps too.

The guy is weird, his behavior is inappropriate in that it looks bad and as Foolish says, he is too immature to realize that he is an adult himself and not a child.

Unfortunately, this type of behavior does not bode well for his own children because children need an ADULT as a parent. Nurture and play are important but a parent is supposed to guide, teach, protect, and dicipline their children also. Someone who has not grown up and considers themselves to still be a child will not find it easy to act in this capacity with their own children. So - to some degree, I agree with Willow as well, in that some consideration perhaps should be given to his capability to raise his own children.

Yeah Michael Jackson did nothing and went through a gruelling trial. The family lied and put a man at risk of years in prison, and they get nothing. When can we start bringing "Justice" to that family. I'd give the mother 50 years to send a message to all other scum opportunists out there.

Sure, the parents are idiots, and maybe they should be investigated by child services, however, because someone is immature, or doesn't want to grow up, does not earn them special child/adult status.

I am not saying he is guilty, I am saying I am tired of hearing this "child-like mentality" excuse.

I don't know why, for the love of god, one of his close friends or family members doesn't grab him by the arm firmly, pull him close and bluntly tell him to stop with the sleeping with boys 30 years his junior. It may not be legally wrong, but in my mind, he is 100% morally wrong, and so are the IDIOT parents of those children who let their kids stay at his house.

Permissiveness with kids is probably going to be one of the factors that contributes to the undoing of this country someday.

There are many examples these days of this overly permissive attitude. The first one that comes to mind, is the girl in Aruba who disappeared a couple of weeks ago. Sure, there were chaperones, fat lot of good they did, they were probably drunk themselves, or asleep in their rooms.

Here in Minnesota, it's estimated that over 3000 minors are allowed to take trips to Mexico each spring - UNCHAPERONED! Then they wonder why girls get raped while in Mexico, by both their own peers that are traveling with them, and Mexican nationals. I was told that when kids fly out of here on AeroMexico, that the male (go figure) flight attendants start feeding them booze as soon as they are airborn, regardless of the fact they are considered minors in the US. I saw a program on TV not long ago that showed a party island that kids go to by boat off of Cancun, same thing there, the crew (again, males) start pouring the drinks, and they especially target the GIRLS.

Parents, and the way they handle the affairs of their children are ultimately the responsible party when shit like this happens, because they should be fully aware of the risks involved. Unfortunately they blind themselves to it, because it's easier to say "yes" than to listen to the kids whine about it.

If asses were noses we'd all have shit on our faces. I haven't seen anything to make me believe that child was molested.


I think it is a great justice that he is not going to prison. This prosecution had so much money and resources to throw at this trial. They failed miserably in proving their case against Michael Jackson.

I just can't imagine how one could have found him guilty.

1. Sell the Ranch. No, blow it up, cart away the rubble, and sell the land. The empty lot would still be worth millions.

2. Buy land in a remote area and build a new home there. I'm talking REAL remote land. Your nearest neighbor is the Grinch, and he's a 5 hour drive away. Build a secure complex, with security provided by unsexy old weathered guys. Reach down their pants and you get whacked with an axe handle. Pay them well and lock up all your private home videos.

3. Allow the mothers of his kids to take custody. This is a percautionary move which will piss off the tabloids. This will also help him focus on making adult friends, and as a side bonus, he can leave his porn stash out in the open.

4. Get your old face back. I'm sure they can rebuild his nose, chin, and other facial parts with stuff they could carve off the rest of his body. The public may see him with his face totally bandaged, but for Micheal, that isn't an unusual thing. Quit looking like an anime horror thing.

5. Open an adults only resort near your remote lair. No one under 18 allowed on the premises. Encourage college age visitors by offering college discounts. Pay attention to the girls. Try to act interested and actually date a few. Keep alcohol and "Roofies" out of the equation. Preach over and over that you have been "Reborn". "Reborn" has a neutral, non-religious feel to it.

From there, it can only get better. If Micheal gets his hand down someone's pants this time, it will be an adult. If that adult happens to be an attractive female, he will be branded a stud, people will buy his music again, and FOX will want to give him a reality show.

What alot of people seem to be focusing on that I don't get is the fact that the kid's parents are dirt bags. But that doesn't mean he isn't guilty! That shouldn't even really factor in.

Now, do I think the parents intentionally tried to take advantage--(it's the most painfully obvious aspect of this!), hell yes! I wouldn't mind seeing them put on trial for "intentionally endangering the welfare of a child" or whatever.

But I don't think he's innocent either, I'm not certain of course, but I've just heard way to many little third-party "stories" and other information from people who I don't believe have anything to gain from lying.
