The first time MJ was accused of molesting a child I felt maybe - maybe yes, but maybe no, and figured that it was up to the prosecution to sort that out. This time, I feel like, where there is smoke there is fire. Twice he has had to be in court on accusations of harming a child. Twice.

To be honest, I never thought he was guilty of anything vile.

Is he a nut? Sure.

Did he do things that were not appropriate? Sure.

Did he have even a single thought of actually DOING anything vile, as opposed to just being unable to act his age and proper maturity level? Nope.


As far as I can tell, MJ is unable to deal with the idea he's an adult. He can't stand to be seen as one, or think of himself as one, so he acts like a rich kid.

Now the people accusing him, those people gave me the creeps when I looked at them and heard their point of view. Many had a grudge or something to gain... Just like last time this little drama came out.

I just hope the twit learns his lesson and STOPS DOING THINGS THAT LOOK INAPPROPRIATE. Damn fool brings it on himself from not paying attention to the world around him...

I dont think where there is smoke there is fire in this case. They have been gunning for this dude in a long time. And these people knew he was an easy mark. Now these people can try to sue him like the Brown Family sued OJ, beacuse being foudn not guilt doesnt mean shit in the US anymore, you can sue people for anything you want, even if they have been proven innocent in a court of law.

Foolish, I agree with what you have said. I believe that Jackson is a total nut, but I don't think he ever sexually molested any child. I do believe that someone abused him as a child, and because of that, his outlook on life is totally screwed up. He's stuck at believing he is a child, and chooses to live like one. What I'd like to see come of this is that Jackson recieves some therapy for his problems, and people keep their children away from him until he recieves this help.

The reason I believe that he didn't molest this boy is that allot of the mother and father's testimony just didn't sound right to me. Chris Rock and his Fiance had dealings with the parents where the parents tried to steal from them, and also, when the mother and child were supposedly being held captive, the mother called Chris Rock's Fiance and invited her on the vacation with them. So, i'm pretty sure she asked her child to lie for the money. It's been done before, It'll be done again.

I think the mother of the child should be tried for fraud, pergury, libel, slander and damages charges of in excess of $1 million US dollars.

Some woman wants to make up a load of child abuse charges? OK, give her her trial. But when it is found she lied, give her her own day in the dock.

So Eboni, if the children have been molested by Michael Jackson, you want to put the parents on trial? Interesting. I am not suggesting they have not made a bad error of judgement but they didn't do what he did to/with their children.

I also think its a great pity that now he is not going to prison, that his children will continue to live a very weird life and probably end up just like him. More than one Michael Jackson is too much.

I think she should be tried on the fraud charge just for the fact that they suspect her of lying on an application for welfare...but that has nothing to do with the trial.
