You heard it right. I'm out of here.
Let's start with the forums. The banter, the controversy, the hurt: I want nothing to do with it anymore. In game it's all about the glitches, the bugs, the lag. No one even claps at my events anymore. People give me sour "nice job dae" with a cheap +1 rating and a fly-away. I haven't owned land in months now. My grades are falling in my FL and my relationships are failing because I can't escape this game. Flying AVs shaped like aliens and mermaids and frogs and porpoises--I don't give two craps about that! I want my real friends! My Second Life is not only a tragedy, it is an inhibitor to all that is good in my being! Cannibus Carnivals, casinos, strip clubs: I've lost my religion because of the horrors of this game!!! Don't you see?! It's destroying us! You should leave, too!!! My whole Second Life is a waste! Except, of course, it /is/ April Fool's day, this whole post is bizarre, unlike me, and a farse, and if I "got you," then please accept my sincerest apology and know that I love you very much and I'll see you in-game frequently and happily as always.
