I feel that they dont care, when i report something, lindens just say "Report a bug" or "Report an abuse report" or "leave an email for Billing"

They dont know anything....

lol... better customer service... it will be a cold day in hell when the CEO of one of the major game publishers, posts on the forums to explain the problem. They have a very normal bug submission procedure. Systems fail... when the metaverse is stable enough that LL gaurantee's 5 9's of up-time, then it's time to complain... until then, read the fine print.

If you compose bug reports the same way you compose forum threads, you may have an answer as to why your reports weren't in depth enough to pinpoint what the actual problem was.

Well it don't matter the way i say it,

It matters that many ppl including yourself, use abuse reports and they don't do anything.

Example:

Theif comes and steals many items, more then 1 person reports it, theif still walks around in sl, and stoled more items. Crazy huh.

Out of all the Lindens, I think Pathfinder is the most effective at listening to what residents have to say. There was a really good exchange of ideas at his place after the last town hall and also at the meeting on what was needed to be done for newbies.

I also think he moderates the forums fairly but firmly, no bad thing.

As much as I have been frustrated over the last couple of days, not being able to log in etc, I would like to say thank you to all the Lindens who worked through the weekend. We really hope this update works.

everyone that says they need better service should go and make your own mmo...
i played a LOT of mmorpgs, all the way from Tibia, Uo, WoW, EQ, etc to SL. and SL got the best costumer service of all of them. by far.

every day i see at last 2 lindens on cordova, wich may sound very small, but in all the other games i NEVER saw a GM, doesnt matter if it was a "capital" like cordova-goguen-newcomb...

yea, we didnt play this weekend, big deal. the rest of the time SL is perfect for me, almost NO lag, and i got a very crappy cable.

we got that Live Help channel, wich is always full with people that like to help you if you got a question, and very nice Lindens who actually SOLVE the problems, not like in WoW where they were like "speakers".

i think SL is good the way it is. play WoW for 1 month and then you will REALLY see the difference, OR just go and read the WoW forums. right now there got to be 2-5 threads of OMG LAG OMG!
