We need as many people as possible to log on to SL Sunday night from 7 - 9pm. Why not stress the grid in style and make it fun?? You could win a free lifetime SL account. I would personally recommend a party, a pre-party, and a post-party...any other suggestions?

As this has been deliberately timed to exclude Europeans, (what was wrong with 1pm? It IS a Sunday after all...), how do we get the free Benshee thing? Or will there be a better freebie on offer at a later date that US users are excluded from having?

Um, it wasn't timed to 'deliberately exclude' anybody... as I understand it, it was set for a time when the servers are typically under a heavy load from people logging in. The parties and the giveaways are secondary. The whole purpose was to choose a busy time and try to overload the servers.

I suspect as well that it is timed so that if something really bad happens, the grid won't be down for much of the weekend...

Timing is not the best 7 to 9 is 9 to 11 here which is not horrible but I have to get up so dang early Monday.
